This is a unique property with an original design and a secluded vacation atmosphere. A modern 228 m² villa in a quiet, private area. Infinity pool. Two cozy bedrooms, a balcony and a bright living room with a kitchen and access to the terrace by the pool — a space for a comfortable stay and beautiful evenings. Only 3 km to one of the best beaches in Georgia. The last 2 km are an ascent along a mountainous road, which is uneven in places. There is a construction site nearby: there may be some daytime noise, which is already included in the price.

The city Batumi's district Gonio is surrounded by green mountains. It is known for having the cleanest water on the coast of the sea. Our house stays in 20m. distance from the water and at the promenade in front are many lovelies restaurants/cafes with delicious food! The joyful atmosphere of the beach has additionally many water entertainments (water parachute, paraplan etc.). The silhouettes of 8 mountains are running into the water and one can also see the skyline of Batumi (8 km. – 5$ taxi).
