Dar Tower is home to the Ramada Hotel (now Billionere Hotel) , Billionere Casino, Victoria Spa Wyndham. Leaving the apartment, you immediately get to the Alley of Heroes - this is a new tourist magnet of Batumi. On this Alley you are heading slowly towards the sea. It will take 5- 7 minutes and you are already on the beach and Batumi embankment.

Panorama Wide Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.
