I had an amazing stay at Diana’s apartment in Batumi! The place was exceptionally comfortable — it had absolutely everything I needed for a perfect and relaxing stay. The interior design was beautiful and unique, which made the atmosphere even more special. Diana was a wonderful host — very kind, helpful, and responsive. She helped me get oriented in the city and gave great recommendations on what to see and do in Batumi. Her support made my trip much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended! Great place overall but problem for me was the elevator it feel kinda wonky but overall it’s great just lacks utensil but 10 out of 10 I would come again.

My stay in this apartment was absolutely amazing! It looks exactly like the photos, and the balcony is simply breathtaking—very high with a stunning view. The bedroom is perfectly designed for restful sleep, as the curtains allow you to create complete darkness. A special thank you to the host—such a kind and well-mannered young lady. Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. We absolutely loved the wonderful view from the room, there were enough towels, hangers and other accessories, everything worked properly. We are happy with everything, if we are in Batumi, we will return to these apartments again!

Central location, beautiful, clean, the property owner is always available, always responds positively, helpful, caring, the property is well maintained, clean, tidy, rich in kitchen utensils, highly recommended for families due to privacy, clean and tidy pool.

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

I am the first one to rent this room after renovation, so everything is new. This is the only room in a standalone house, located in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of bakeries and groceries within 5 min walk, as well as couple of pubs and large supermarkets. The beach and some good restaurants are within 15 min walk. The room is well-equipped, internet is fast and reliable. Cosy private balcony with garden view. And there is a real fireplace for a special vibe! Though you don't have to use the fireplace constantly as the room quickly gets quite warm with a gas heater (they call it karma). The host and his parents who live next door are very hospitable and kind people. The only drawback is a noisy building construction site 300 m away (like almost everywhere in Batumi), though the noise is tolerable. Highly recommend this hidden gem! Will definitely return.

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

The apartment was simply great – beautifully decorated, cozy and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The area is totally quiet, perfect for switching off. And yet, you can get to the center in no time by car. The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and attentive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with freshly prepared Turkish coffee and a delicious iced coffee – a wonderful start! Throughout our stay, they made every effort to ensure that we lacked nothing. If there were more than 5 stars, they would absolutely deserve them! We will be happy to come back.

Fantastic house for a big family or a group of people. Swimming pool is great for kids. The only problem was with the street-racers on the road nearby at night, a bit noisy. In general, we loved the place and recommend it for sure!

New, modern and beautifully located flat perfect for a comfortable stay. In addition to the proximity to markets and restaurants, the building has a cake and coffee shop, which was a great differential. The experience was great, and I would definitely stay again. I recommend it!

Lika is a great host, check-in and check-out went smoothly, also she additionally provided everything we need. The apartment has beautiful sea view and you can walk to the beach in just a minute. But on some days at night, loud music from restaurants on the beach is possible until about 1 a.m.

The location is great. We liked the apartment as it was well-equipped and child-friedly. Zurab and Irma were very helpful and nice hosts. Clear recommendation!

I had a great stay at Sophie & Gega’s apartment in Batumi. The location is perfect—close to everything, with shops and locals around instead of big hotels. The apartment has everything you need, like good cooking supplies, quality dishes, hair tools, and even a clothes steamer, which I really appreciated. The bed is very comfortable and the internet did not let me down. To get to the apartment, you go through a shared entryway connected to a super nice family. Sophie & Gega provide detailed instructions with pictures, so finding your way is easy. The apartment is really spacious, and I think it would be amazing in the summer. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is quite satisfied. Apartment near the construction site. In front of the windows there is a faucet to the left. If you do not check in with toilet paper, shampoo or soap. It was possible to refill for a moderate amount. Unfortunately I didn't have a shampoo, just a shower gel.

Frida is an incredibly kind and truly helpful host. The flat's prime location near stores and restaurants makes it one of the best spots in Batumi. It's also ideal for long-term stays. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed👍
