in short - I stayed in different apartments around Batumi, but this one is the best initially planned to stay a month, but after first night decided to change my plans and extend the stay to 3 months owner is a nice person, communication was smooth and quick, everything was resolved very fast location is superb, you just need to cross the road and you already at the beach very cool view from the window - 6 out of 5 :) inside everything according to the photos I would come here again and can recommend to anyone

We had a wonderful stay — everything was just right. The flat is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The location is perfect! The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout. We really liked it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The apartment was little bit small, but convenient. Little bit far from city center. But the apartment itself and the district it is in was amazing. The wine compliment was a good extra touch :)

Clean and beautiful room with a great view. I recommend all tourists to rent it. The owner is very kind and understanding. He refunds travelers' money if they change their flight. For me, this is the most beautiful apartment I've seen in Batumi.

We stopped by after a long journey. The apartment is clean and tidy. Plenty of space. Comfortable environment. Nice view. We had a great rest and went on.

Better than staying in Orbi City. Apartment is on 33rd floor. Host Mariam is very responsive and helpful. Apartment was clean and cozy. All amenities were present as described. It's 3km from Ali Nino. Grocery stores are very close. place is clean and well maintained.

This was our second time staying at Maia’s place which says a lot. The apartment is as nice as ever, super clean, quiet, and the location can’t be beat to walk to the old town, the park and the beach. Maia is a kind and welcoming host. We’d love to stay at this place again.

The house was just like in the photos, immaculately clean, in a very central place, with a great view and such a large plaza. We can call it a price performance venue. We had a wonderful time with our son, and most importantly, Keti was always in contact with us, answering our questions with satisfaction and sincerity. We would love to stay again and would highly recommend this place to anyone ❤️

The sea view is nice and the place was clean and new, Anda was above and beyond. Marine was nice as well! There are plenty of things around and obviously a beach is super close!

The host is very friendly and responds promptly to messages. The apartment is easy to find, and you can walk along the coastline to reach all the nearby attractions. The place is warmly decorated, and it’s very convenient for occasional cooking. Although the elevator is old, it’s quite charming—I really liked it.

We are very happy to have stayed at Alex's apartment. Everything was clean, the apartment is conveniently located very close to the city center. There are 2 balconies. Each bedroom had air conditioners, which saved us in the heat. Nice and helpful host. He met us at the train station, drove us to the house and helped us bring things to the 6th floor, which saved us from logistical problems. And when I checked out, he allowed me to leave my things until the evening. Thanks to this, we got the opportunity to swim in the sea again and walk around the city, for which he has a special thanks! Overall, we loved Alex's place and would love to come again.
