The apartment is located on the 9th floor, in the most beautiful part of the Adjara region called Gonio, close to the best beaches of Batumi. There is free parking on site. Two-bedroom apartments with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea are ideal for couples, business travelers, and families (with children). Also at your disposal is an XBOX Series S, a projector, an audio system, board games, books, and an umbrella for comfortable sunbathing. P.S. There is also a playpen-bed.

Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.
