Just blocks from restaurants, breweries, a Riverwalk, and several hiking trails. 10 min from Red Rocks, ride the light rail to Denver, just an hour from ski resorts and a half hour from casinos. This rental is in a great location with a great price! To keep this affordable price it is a no frills location, it is however very clean, comfortable and convenient.

The second bed is a single fold out couch in the main bedroom. Great views of the foothills. CSM 1 block, downtown Golden 5 blocks. We are a covid vaccinated household, and hope that you are too.
