This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. Hiking, biking, fishing, snowshoeing and so much more are accessible from the front door. The neighborhood is very quiet and offers a very relaxing place to kick back and enjoy the view.
