Cottage vacation rentals in Golden

This was a gorgeous place!! Mary’s property is very peaceful, gorgeous flowers everywhere, and a great home away from home feeling. The cottage itself is roomy enough for two people easily, we will definitely come back next time we are heading to Boulder! Would absolutely recommend to everyone they stay in this slice of heaven!

This is our second stay at “The Cottage”. We absolutely love it. The house is so comfortable and has everything needed. The location is perfect in downtown Morrison and a quick 3 minute drive to Red Rocks. I can’t say enough about Yvonne and David. They are AMAZING! Always responsive to messages and make sure you have everything needed. We’ve met David and always love talking to him. We always grab a bite to eat in front of the house at Mill Street Eats and love stopping by the Morrison Holiday Bar. By far our best AirBnB experience. Can’t wait to come back next year! Yvonne and David are the BEST!

our stay 2as fantastic. a quick get away gift for upcoming newly weds and a birthday. everything we needed was stocked, the home was so cozy. the scenery was to die for. our dogs loved exploring the yard. sitting out front in the mornings so so peaceful. 10/10

There’s a reason why Jay & Regina have such high ratings. Actually, many reasons! The kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking tool imaginable. I’m talking Kitchen Aid, blender, two coffee makers, tea kettle and more. They have ALL the basic condiments. Almost every spice imaginable etc. The beds were super comfortable. And thoughtful- extra blankets, easy-to-access outlets and well appointed. There is a workspace in the front of the house with a monitor and lots of space. The first floor bedroom also had a desk. The outdoor space is a small slice of heaven. From the landscaping to the eating area and fire pit. And of course the hot tub. There’s even a propane grill. The location is very close to grocery stores, Walmart, Starbucks etc. It was a little of 20 minutes to CU Boulder. And they are lovely people- very response and right next door. Highly recommend- you won’t regret it!

One of, if not THE nicest AirBnB I have stayed in - and I’ve stayed in a few! This home is warm, inviting, peaceful & oh-so-quiet. Beautiful kitchen has everything you could need, big deck through slider is lovely & the neighborhood is super safe & equally as quiet. The beds and linens are SO SO SO comfy - it’s clear that no expense was spared. There was an initial issue with the AC but Regina got on it immediately & we were up and running in no time. A great time was had - I can’t recommend this home (or Regina & Jay)enough!

We had such a great time hanging out at this cottage! There was lots of wildlife to keep us entertained, the place was easy to find, and everything looked even nicer in person! We especially loved the bathroom, overall a great experience!

This location was great! It’s a quiet neighborhood and relatively close to lots of food and activities. The owner does live next door but you can’t even tell! The space was still super private and we weren’t bothered by it at all. The theme and decorations are also super cute :)

This my 3rd time staying at one of Rex's cabins. Each time everything has been great. Will be returning!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very relaxing—perfect for unwinding. The location was absolutely beautiful, with great sights all around that made the experience even more special. The host was attentive and proactive, making sure everything went smoothly throughout my visit. I’d definitely recommend this spot and would love to return!

Right on the Boulder Canyon Trailhead, 10min to Boulder and right on Boulder Creek. Great deal and very unique space.

Looks small on the outside and huge in the inside! Loved the deer wildlife in the AM’s. Such a cozy and comfy home away from home. With the flowing creek moving constantly there were no sounds of traffic, one would never know the interstate was so close. Only issues were…coffee pot didn’t work, informed Reyn, I’m sure it’ll be replaced. There were no makeup removing cloths like stated (very minor issues!)

The house was perfect for what we needed it for. Quiet, clean and peaceful. Love the location and wouldn’t hesitate to visit again!

Britt’s cabin was wonderful to come home to during our ski vacation week! It was a blast from the past featuring some old-school decor and cool light fixtures from days gone by. The kitchen and bathrooms were exceptionally clean upon arrival. Both beds were extremely comfortable, and they were plenty of linens and blankets for anyone sleeping on the couch. The pullout couch does dip in the center so not well-suited for two persons. The location is extremely private and quiet but yet only a 10 minute drive to the Mary Jane base. The only amenity we would have liked to have was a dishwasher, but we adjusted to it right away. The TV is huge and there are many games and cards to enjoy. We cooked almost every night in the kitchen was well stocked with every thing that we needed. My daughter loved the jacuzzi tub after a hard day on the slopes, and we all enjoyed the wrap around porch seating area. I am thankful that Britt accepts pets in her home and I would definitely return!

This guesthouse was superb, We would highly recommend it. It was super clean, had everything you could need, was very walkable to downtown Castle Rock. The yard & the patio areas were amazing, so many beautiful plants & flowers. The owners take wonderful care of the property. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

We had a great time. The hosts were very communicative. The house was warm, beautifully decorated and gave us a sense of history being on the mountain to ski. It deepened our experience and was lovely.

We loved our stay at this adorable cottage in Boulder! It was a very quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to the grocery store and other restaurants including our favorite, Santo! We enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the lovely front porch while taking in the gorgeous view of the flatirons. The home was extremely clean and well cared for, with comfortable beds, an open kitchen and dining area, and decorated throughout with fantastic art! We enjoyed looking at their books, movie collection, albums and CDs, and game selection. Additionally, they provided a few welcome snacks and coffee and tea for the mornings. A perfect choice for our long weekend stay!

Chantal has a beautiful private studio that was very clean and comfortable. Everything was absolutely amazing! I will say that the walk from where I parked to the back of the home was a slight inconvenience and the bed was firm and it freaked every time you moved. Minor things but, a beautiful home. Thank you for allowing me to stay!

We loved our second stay here. It’s close to our daughter and family and Jamie and Ashleigh and Sydney were so welcoming to them to come and visit the farm and animals. It’s a peaceful place to be and the cottage is so bright and comfortable.

Loved this spot and neighborhood. Easy to get in and out of the neighborhood and highway access to go check things out (mountains, red rocks, etc). Would def stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Chickadee. Diane was an excellent host. Great response times, super helpful, but also very laid back. The place was very well put together and stylish, with all of the amenities. We loved it, and highly recommend.

Great host and perfect little casita for our stay! The only thing I would mention is that the door to the bathroom doesn’t allow for a lot of privacy, so best suited for couples/family if you’re bringing two people. Thank you!
