We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

In the heart of Roztocze there are 5 unique cottages, each of them has 6 beds with air conditioning and a bathroom, a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Two cottages have a jacuzzi for exclusive use, reservation on request The view from the terrace allows you to enjoy the beauty of nature every morning, and the evening sunsets remain unforgettable Roztocze is a picturesque and diverse place with unique nature on a European scale. Perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

Blueberry Hill Cottage

The over 100-year-old cottage is located on a spacious plot next to a young blueberry plantation. The vicinity of forests and the Wieprza valley gives this place a unique atmosphere and at the same time offers the opportunity to relax in the bosom of nature. In our Chalet, we provide guests with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms on the ground floor, two mezzanines, a shared living room and two bathrooms. Outdoors, you can use the terrace, a campfire, and on a rainy day, a covered gazebo with a gas grill.

#3 Apitherapy in Roztocze - Holiday cottage

The summer house in Roztocze (Solska Forest) is the perfect place to cut yourself off from the outside world and relax with the whole family. In addition to the cottage itself, there is also an ApiDomek, where you can use Apitherapy in the form of air inhalation straight from the hive. Don't worry, the cottages are designed in such a way that guests from having direct contact with the bees (there is a separating mesh). Sopocka Przystań House | BANIA + WIFI

The cottage has 5 beds and a large terrace where you can drink coffee in the morning or have a barbecue in the evening. On the plot there is a children's house and a Russian banya. The house has full media equipment. The village is a great tourist attraction with a large reservoir and forest, where you can relax mentally while hiking away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The village is located on Roztocze, from which Szumy, Quarries in Nowiny and Józefów and Czartowe Pole are nearby.

Roztocze Refuge

We offer you a year-round house for rent with a high standard of finish, commissioned in August 2022. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, and a living room with a comfortable fold-out corner sofa and a table for 6 people. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet on this floor. In the living room there is an exit to a large 25m2 terrace where you can eat a meal outdoors. Each room is air-conditioned and the windows have mosquito nets.

Time Stop - Dome House

Przystanek Czasu is a dome house, perfect for a getaway for up to 4 people. The area is fenced, you can safely let the animals out, outside there are also: a sunny terrace, a place for a barbecue, or a shaded grove full of trees. The house is air-conditioned, richly equipped, with attention to every detail. We invite you to our doorstep to see how you sleep under the dome. The cottage is located in a quiet village, but Szczebrzeszyn, Zwierzyniec and Nielisz are also close.

Przystan Roztocze is a perfect place to stay with family or friends. A spacious house with an area of 185 m2. Large spaces, original glazing, a fireplace, a 6-meter-high mezzanine are just some of the advantages of the marina. The house has 5 bedrooms and a large open 50-meter living room. The house is designed for 12 people plus possibly children. We have a large barbecue gazebo, a Jacuzzi and many old rural buildings where you can relax.

Guests have access to a covered terrace with wooden benches, a swing and a barbecue, and an interior with a fireplace. In the area, you can go kayaking on the Tanew River, hiking and biking trails, forests and the silence of Roztocze. The perfect place for a peaceful holiday in nature.
