We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

The summer house in Roztocze (Solska Forest) is the perfect place to cut yourself off from the outside world and relax with the whole family. In addition to the cottage itself, there is also an ApiDomek, where you can use Apitherapy in the form of air inhalation straight from the hive. Don't worry, the cottages are designed in such a way that guests from having direct contact with the bees (there is a separating mesh). A modern studio apartment in the center of Lublin. The property is located right next to the Litewski Square and the Multimedia Fountain (3-minute walk). In the immediate vicinity there is a Żabka store, as well as numerous restaurants, bars and cafes. A walk to the Old Town takes 10 minutes and leads through the main city promenade at Krakowskie Przedmieście Street. The apartment has a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom area with a double bed, a bathroom and a spacious balcony.

Our facility is conveniently located just 4 km from the center of Chełm. There is a swimming area on the Żółtańce lagoon and a local brewery nearby.
