We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

The manor house is located among endless fields and forests. The area is absolutely quiet, we have no neighbors, and the only sounds you will hear are crickets, the sound of the forest and birds singing. The manor house has an area of about 230m2 and is located on a huge plot with walking areas and a gorge. The building has 4 rooms with private bathrooms with a shower, 2 fully equipped kitchens and a spacious living room with an area of 76m2, a height of over 4.5m and 11 large windows overlooking the forest and fields.

The cottage stands on a half-hectare, fenced, densely wooded plot. The asphalt and civilization are 2 km away by forest road. This is a place for an urban detox!

The neighborhood is very quiet, but there is no shortage of attractions nearby, how very good restaurants, many water reservoirs with the beach, kayaking From the terrace we have a beautiful view of the valley of the Wieprz River, which flows directly on the plot, about 100m from the cottage. The house is designed for 12 people plus possibly children. We have a large barbecue gazebo, a Jacuzzi and many old rural buildings where you can relax.
