We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Zwierzyniec, the plot is located in the forest buffer zone, it provides comfort of rest (and work). There are numerous amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV, bicycles, hammocks, deckchairs, barbecue gazebo, covered terrace, fireplace. You can also use the Finnish sauna in our house. The Green Velo bicycle trail runs next to the house. In the immediate vicinity, you have the opportunity to get to know the beauty of Roztocze. I invite you to relax in an intimate wooden cottage with a fireplace on a large, wooded plot in Bondyrzu. The neighborhood is very quiet, but there is no shortage of attractions nearby, how very good restaurants, many water reservoirs with the beach, kayaking From the terrace we have a beautiful view of the valley of the Wieprz River, which flows directly on the plot, about 100m from the cottage. Wild animals, like deer and squirrels, are frequent guests in the area. Forest 100m away.

In the summer, our tourists rest on the lagoon and actively use accessible hiking and biking trails and many attractions. In winter, they pee on the ski slopes. Great place to explore. Przystan Roztocze is a perfect place to stay with family or friends. A spacious house with an area of 185 m2. Large spaces, original glazing, a fireplace, a 6-meter-high mezzanine are just some of the advantages of the marina. The house has 5 bedrooms and a large open 50-meter living room. The house is designed for 12 people plus possibly children. We have a large barbecue gazebo, a Jacuzzi and many old rural buildings where you can relax.
