We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Zwierzyniec, the plot is located in the forest buffer zone, it provides comfort of rest (and work). There are numerous amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV, bicycles, hammocks, deckchairs, barbecue gazebo, covered terrace, fireplace. You can also use the Finnish sauna in our house. The Green Velo bicycle trail runs next to the house. In the immediate vicinity, you have the opportunity to get to know the beauty of Roztocze. In the heart of Roztocze there are 5 unique cottages, each of them has 6 beds with air conditioning and a bathroom, a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Two cottages have a jacuzzi for exclusive use, reservation on request The view from the terrace allows you to enjoy the beauty of nature every morning, and the evening sunsets remain unforgettable Roztocze is a picturesque and diverse place with unique nature on a European scale. Perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

Roztocze, Podlesina; Uroczysko on the bicycle trail

If you like the forest, silence, nature and cycling/jogging, this is the place for you. Podlesina is a village in the forest, on the route of the Central Cycling Trail of Roztocze. Children forget about screens, absorbed in watching frogs at the spring and rolling down the sandy hill straight to the playground. It is a great starting point for exploring Roztocze: Szumy nad Tanwią, Zwierzyniec, kayaking, Szczebrzeszyn, Zamość in close proximity. Lviv is only 90 km away. Roztocze stop - a house with a mezzanine and a Jacuzzi

Year-round, 4-person cottage with a modern fireplace and air conditioning. Next to the cottage there is a heated garden tub with a jacuzzi for greater relaxation and tranquility :) In winter we organize sleigh rides from the cottage with a tour of the waterfalls, a bonfire and a slide on bags. For children, there is a large beach with a playground and space to explore nature. The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, perfect for walking and cycling around Roztocze, canoeing and summer activities.

JABZÓWKA habitat

Siedlisko Jabzówka is a seventy-year-old wooden cottage located in the picturesque village of Turzyniec, 4 kilometers from Zwierzyniec. Surrounded by Roztocze forests, the village captivates with loess gorges, the Wieprz river valley and beautiful expanses of still-cultivated fields. The cottage has been renovated with the utmost care and love, using natural materials. Inside, a healthy microclimate is provided by walls covered with traditional clay plaster, wooden floors and rustic wooden windows.

Domek pod Klonem

Do you want to rest, relax in peace and quiet by the fireplace or campfire? Good choice! The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful, clean forest with numerous paths for long walks. In the season, you can enjoy mushroom picking and in winter, a charming view. In summer, you can use local kayaking services or relax by the lagoon located 10-15 minutes' walk from the cottage. Welcome to "Lipowe Wzgórze" Agritourism The newly built, atmospheric Antek cottage, designed for 2-3, is located in Roztocze in the quiet picturesque village of Lipowiec, Tereszpol commune. It is far from the hustle and bustle, and at the same time close to tourist attractions. 12 km from Zwierzyniec, 29 km from Krasnobród We offer a cottage with a terrace, which includes a room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The cottage is located in a quiet summer housing estate in the middle of the Solska Forest. Here you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the singing of birds and the fresh air of the pine forest. There are many walking and cycling routes in the area, and canoeing trips are organized on the Tanew River, which flows 50m from the cottage. In the evening, we recommend lighting a fire or a barbecue :)

Roztocze, Susiec, Paary - Bee and Friends

A more than 100-year-old yard at the end of the quiet village of Paary between Suśce and Narol in the Central Roztocze. The property is located in the Solska Forest Landscape Park. A large yard with an orchard to the east and to the west borders directly with the picturesque fields typical of Roztocze from the north with the above-mentioned Forest.
