The spacious open-plan living area has underfloor heating and large picture windows offer stunning views south, across open countryside. Situated a small apple farm, Appletree is perfectly located for walking, golf, hiking, cycling, fishing, boating, riding, wildlife spotting and the local village cafe.

In a secluded rural setting, our home and garden is within reach of Loch Lomond, the Trossachs, West Coast, Glasgow, Stirling, Edinburgh. Cosy pubs and restaurants, wonderful walking, castles, whisky distilleries, quaint villages... Come back to a real log fire and enjoy the big traditional farmhouse kitchen. Well behaved dogs welcome too!

Loch Lomond is a 15 minute drive and easily accessed by train (train station is 2 minutes from our Cottage) with direct routes to Glasgow (20 minutes). Located 10 minutes taxi drive from Glasgow airport. Property is for adults over 18 only. Hot-tub not suitable for children.

There's 200 years of history in our cosy little cottage. Part of the original village cross and formerly ‘Bab’s Shop’, it is now a one bedroom haven. There's wonderful walks from the doorstep and it's a great base to explore the cities and sights of central Scotland. Our quiet & lovely village pub, The Swan is open Friday- Monday. It is perfect for those wanting to explore the beautiful surrounding area or even as a stop over on route to the highlands.

Wether you want to completely chill out, read, paint, deer spotting or walking this place is perfect for your needs.
