Villa Eule, a small holiday home with 37m² on a plot of 2500m² with pool and situated at the edge of the forest with open views to the south. North of Bremerhaven in the beautiful Cuxland the house is an ideal starting point for a holiday on the North Sea coast.
“Severin is a great host! He was approachable at all times and looked after my concerns very nicely. Thanks for that! The Villa Eule is hidden in a forest and can be reached via an unpaved forest path. This makes driving in bad weather a bit uncomfortable but tolerable, as the house is beautifully situated in nature. The motorway to Bremerhaven can be reached in a few minutes. The environment is rural. The house was built about 100 years ago and has nostalgic charm. The large garden with pool and the possibility of barbecuing is certainly unusual. The decor is stylish and well thought out, so that even longer stays are pleasant to spend. The villa has a few peculiarities that are due to its age and location, but which do not really spoil the overall picture. It is inevitable to bring a little dirt into the house if you live in nature and a few insects may get lost in the house. That's the way it is. The villa is also suitable for guests who don't just want to stay for a few days, as there is enough space for personal items and a very reasonably equipped kitchen that allows them to cook appropriately. I can fully recommend Villa Eule and Severin!”
The apartment on about 44 square meters is friendly. “The accommodation is, despite the street-near location, very quiet and comfortable. We have nothing to complain about ... the check in was easy (key safe), the apartment is simple but very good and high quality equipped and the cleanliness was also great. We felt very comfortable and would book again anytime.”
The holiday area Bederkesa is located in a beautiful and extensive landscape of the North German coastal area with forests, lakes and bogs. Therefore, Bad Bederkesa is still a preferred residential and tourist destination with the surrounding villages.
“At Sven you are in good hands :) He is really a great host. We did not miss anything, the communication was quick and straightforward, he personally introduced and said goodbye and was always available for questions. The description and the photos of Haus had addressed us immediately; We were aiming for a different goal and then decided to change our minds at short notice and did not regret it! The cottage is cozy, for three to four people not too small, warm (we were there in October;)), nicely decorated and it's all there, what you need. Special destinations such as Bremerhaven, the North Sea coast, Cuxhaven, can be reached by car in about half an hour, which is perfect for day trips. The place with its lake and the castle is also very nice for walks. There is a comparatively good selection of restaurants, cafes and shopping. In short: we had four wonderful days and will come back again!”
