Very charming, cozy studio with fantastic views of the mountains of Klosters! Thanks to its central location, the center of Klosters can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes/local bus 2 minutes. Klosters has various leisure activities that can be practiced in the summer and winter seasons. Golf course, sports center, beach, hiking/biking trails, Selfranga ski lift, ice rink and Gotschnabahn are in close proximity. From Gotschna by means of a valley descent with skis almost to the front of the house!

Dazu möchte ich euch einladen und euch ein wohliges Zuhause bieten. Das Chalet liegt in der Dorfmitte. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

The nearby shopping and the lift within walking distance make the location of the property unique. The property can accommodate up to 3 cars. The parking spaces are monitored by a security camera. The neighboring bungalow can accommodate 4 people.
