Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè surrounded by nature.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Spacious, family-friendly house (200 m²) on the Walenstadtberg with a fantastic view of the Swiss mountains and the valley. The entire house is exclusively available to our guests. Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open kitchen with dining area, a cozy lounge, a terrace, a private fitness room and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. Ideal for families, groups and friends. Reservation for a minimum of three paying persons.

We have a key box for you so you can check in independently at any time. There are no other guests in the house. We live close by, so someone is always there for you when you need support. Here in the middle of the Alps and the Natura 2000 nature reserve, you can enjoy tranquility and relaxation with stunning views of the mountains and an idyllic lake. The mountain village of Fanas, in the canton of Grisons, lies at an altitude of almost 1000 m above sea level. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.

We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
