We had everything we need except a table and chairs to eat at. Maybe a folding table and chairs would be great. It was very clean. I loved the comfy bed. We had lots of snacks and drinks. I also loved all the clean white towels and wash cloths. We really enjoyed staying there. Thank you so much.

We like staying with Ruth and Chris because their place is always clean and we never have to worry about anything unexpected. We have stayed at numerous Airbnb’s and many have had roach issues which we won’t deal with. Another had an issue with the air conditioning in the heat of the summer. Yet another didn’t have comfortable beds and wasn’t in a good neighborhood. Ruth and Chris’ Airbnb is a sure bet. It’s an easy walk to the beach and they are responsive when we had questions. A++++

This was a great location for a quick overnight stay before a cruise. It was near everything. We would stay again.

The guest house was very clean. Had washer and dryer preloaded with soap so that was nice. Only actual complaint is the fact we did not realize the pool was in full view of neighbors across the street and realizing people could see straight through the living room windows

This is a great place to stay. You are within minutes of the beach, the seawall, and good restaurants.

I was fortunate enough to stay at Sharon's place for a 3 day weekend with my parents to visit Galveston. Sharon was such a great host! She was responsive to the few questions we had and her place as perfect for two couples. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again soon!

This place was perfect for us! The host were wonderful, the apartment was clean and comfortable. We were a walk to the beach or to the entertainment district. I definitely want to stay there again.

We loved the place, had everything we needed and was very clean! Loved the neighborhood as well, it was close to all the touristy spots so we didn’t need to drive far for anything.

We had such a great time staying in the Rose Cottage! Julie and Brent were so kind and helpful. The apartment itself is stunning and you can tell a lot of thought has been put into the design and decor. While staying there, you also have full access to their stunning garden. It's the perfect place to take some nice pictures. We only stayed a night but were so impressed that we'll definitely be back next chance we get!

This is a great place. Very clean and comfortable - as well as in a great location just minutes from restaurants and shopping. We will definitely book again when in the area.

Honestly, this was the best experience I’ve ever had through Airbnb. The place is absolutely amazing—both inside and out. The beds were super comfortable, everything was spotless, and the sheets and towels smelled incredible. Every corner of the house had a lovely scent. It truly was a wonderful and unforgettable stay. The dogs on the property are the sweetest! So friendly and affectionate—they really added to the charm of the place. The pool was excellent, the jacuzzi was great, and all the amenities were just perfect. What made it even more special were the incredible hosts. They went above and beyond, especially because it was my birthday—they even decorated everything for the celebration. I couldn’t be more grateful for their hospitality. Easily a 1000/10. I recommend this place with my eyes closed—ideal for families or a group of friends. I’ll definitely be coming back soon! The place is cozy and spotless! It is well stocked and as pretty as pictured. The location is conveniently close to shopping and entertainment. Luis is very responsive and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place.

This place was cozy, comfortable, and full of thoughtfulness! It was the perfect size for my family of 4, clean, and looked just like the photos. We loved the beach wagon full of chairs and toys my kids could use at the beach. I also appreciate how accommodating and communicative the hosts were! When we come back through Galveston this is where we will book!

My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Kristine’s! Every AirBnb has its quirks and this one is no different. We chose this place because of the backyard and it did not disappoint! The mini roller coaster was a favorite for my 4 kids and they spent hours playing with all the toys inside and out. The area is quiet and the locals are friendly. It’s only a short drive to Galveston if you want to have a beach day without staying on the water. If you’re looking for a cozy place to stay and have kids to entertain, I definitely recommend the Play & Stay Bayview Getaway!
