Our place is perfect for couples and friends, business travelers, as well as medical center visitors. The apartment is on the first floor. This is a calm, comfortable, clutter-free home that you will love for its charm and unbeatable location.

Totally central , close to everything! Take the rail or a 2 min Uber ride to the Texas medical center , a few blocks from Rice University. Walk to the rail, 3 min uber ride to Rice village, all the while living and having the privacy of a “MOTHER”! (a mother in law that is) , in your own mother in law suite totally separate and detached from the main house.
