Private and quiet self contained hotel style Suite located at the rear of the building including deck space with the gulf right across the street (not visible from the suite). Located in the heart of the seawall entertainment district, you’re walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. This space is ideal for a couple but can accommodate up to 4. 1 dog under 45 lbs allowed with pre-approval & the dog takes the place of a person. 192 SQ FT Tiny House perfect for 2! It's a small space but it packs a ton of punch! Space includes a Queen size bed, 40'' Smart TV with subscriptions, space to sit and eat, kitchenette with mini fridge/freezer, coffee bar, microwave and stand up shower. There is one common sink that is right outside the bathroom door. Under the outdoor pergola is a great place to have your morning coffee or relax after a day at the beach. There is also an outdoor shower right outside the house! Come enjoy!!
