Villa vacation rentals in Gaeta

Siamo appena rientrati da un weekend che faremo fatica a dimenticare. Relax, mare e comodità sono stati gli ingredienti di questo soggiorno da sogno. Ciliegina sulla torta Luciano, un proprietario impeccabile, sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza, ci siamo sentiti ospiti a casa di amici. Torneremo il prima possibile !

Tutto molto bello. Casa molto spaziosa, bellissima terrazza, bagni ben attrezzati, bel giardino con altalena per i bimbi, sedie sdraio e lettini a disposizione. Vero accesso diretto alla spiaggia. La casa e’ completa di tutto, servono solo i teli per il mare. Ampio spazio per le auto all’interno della proprieta’. Tutto completamente corrispondente alla descrizione. Host disponibile, puntuale e sollecito. E’ stata sicuramente una bella esperienza!!

Giovanna y Antonio son INCREIBLES Anfitriones, super amables, dispuestos, discretos y siempre atentos a lo que necesites resolver. Cultos, amigables, fraternos y cariñosos, todo lo que puedes pedir de una persona esta en ellos. La casa y el lugar, UNICOS!!, una vista espectacular de los amaneceres y atardeceres, la vista desde la cocina, pero sobre todo desde el dormitorio SON ALUCINANTES!! Te sientes dueño del mundo viendo desde arriba la ciudad del Formia y la bahia. El gazebo en medio de los olivos te ofrece una vistas durante el dia y la noche con unas brisas hermosas y donde puedes hacer unas barbacoas a tu medida. Todo el entorno esta a un lado de la casa de los anfitriones, pero tiene ABSOLUTA privacidad y tanto Giovanna como Antonio, se encargan perfectamente de que esa privacidad se respete. Toda una experiencia el aceite de oliva que ellos mismos producen, los huevos frescos de sus gallinas, lo higos... si quieres vivir y sentirte como un Italiano más debes alojarte aqui!

Beautiful spot, we stayed in June and it was hot outside but easy to keep cool inside without air conditioning. The scenery is outstanding and it was nice to walk around I side the secluded gated community. Well stocked all around! The kitchen had everything you needed and then some. Even a variety of Italian coffee maker sizes. Linen on the bed was beautiful. It's less than 15 minutes to Sperlonga which is a cute little non-touristy town. I'd recommend parking at the top of the hill your first trip there. Be sure to bring cash especially coins as parking in Sperlonga annoyingly only seems to accept this as payment. Sometimes the neighbors played loud music but our host was able to talk to them and there was no issue from them after that. Host was perfect and greeted us there. Villa Noi colpisce subito perché è una casa molto accogliente, curata, molto ben attrezzata. Infatti è la "loro" casa di vacanze e ritrovi di familiari, che tre sorelle, molto generosamente, offrono così com'è. Subito ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio, come fossimo a casa nostra! A pochi minuti a piedi c'è la spiaggia bellissima e grande, sia libera che attrezzata e a 10 minuti a piedi un supermercato Carefur ben fornito. Per altri spostamenti occorre la macchina, peraltro con comodo parcheggio nel giardino. Finita la breve vacanza viene proprio voglia di ritornare! Nous avons passé un super séjour à Itri, la maison est très charmante et agréable et les environs sont très beaux. Les chambres sont confortables mais il n’y a que deux salles de bain dont une assez exiguë. La maison est située sur un terrain partagé avec celui de l’hôte, ce qui peut être pratique pour régler des problèmes et avoir des informations mais un peu inconfortable au niveau de l’intimité ( notamment le dog-sitter des chiens de l’hôte qui est très sympathique mais un peu envahissant ). Finalement, malgré ces quelques points, nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Itri.

La Villa di Simona ci è piaciuta tantissimo. È in mezzo al verde, in una posizione silenziosa ma a pochi minuti di auto dal mare (15 minuti spiaggia di Soerlonga e 20 minuti Gaeta-trecento scalini) È molto attrezzata, c’è tutto quello di cui hai bisogno . Il giardino è fresco e tenuto benissimo, perfetto per riposare durante il giorno e cenare la sera . Simona è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliata!

Casa bellissima e spaziosa con tutto quello che serve e anche di più. Pierluca e i suoi collaboratori sono stati impeccabili e disponibili. La consiglio!

We had a fantastic holiday in this spacious villa. it was clean, fully equipment and Monica and Giuseppe warmly welcomed us. It was filled uo with coffee, shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, olive oil, dishwasher tabs and enough towels for the wjole family. There were beach toys available for our daughter, we enjoyed the big garden a lot and a BBQ was available with a bag of coal. I highly recommend this place for holidays and it is very suitable for bigger groups +4.

The villa is perfectly located just near the sea (3 min walk). It has three bedrooms , each of those equipped with air conditioners and bathroom. The interior inside is beautiful and comfortable, everyone has their own space and also there is a room for common time . There is everything one would need on the vacation . Our reception was very pleasant and the host and guest assistant have been available all the time should we need anything . Even being with a 2-year old child we have had enough space and rest! There is a magnificent garden, which not only beautiful but also has the spaces for common meals, rest and sunbathing. Everything is very thought through, so I would highly recommend the villa and hope we will come next year as well!

Posizione fantastica, la casa è comodissima direttamente sulla spiaggia poco affollata e pulita. La veranda offre un'occasione unica di godersi il mare. Casa fresca, comunque con i condizionatori in tutte le stanze; molto ben accessoriata Ci siamo trovati molto bene

The villa was perfect! Overlooking the ocean and the mountains, the view was simply amazing. My group of 12 spent three days there and the house was equipped with everything we needed. The internet was kind of slow/non existent at times, but likely since there were 12 of us trying to use it! The house is also very remote, not exactly near to anything, so keep that in mind if you're coming without a car. Overall lovely stay and would definitely come again! Thank you Antonio!

La villa è splendida e corrisponde alle immagini e alla descrizione. Cucina attrezzatissima e possibilità di usare il barbecue presente nel giardino. Il mare è vicinissimo e accessibile direttamente dalla villa. Carmen è stata disponibile e ha risposto a tutte le domande in tempi rapidissimi. Consigliatissimo!!

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans une villa a la vue exceptionnelle ! Nous avons particulièrement profité de l'extérieur de la vue imprenable sur la baie et la piscine... un régal !! Chaque soir un formidable coucher de soleil pour parfaire ces belles journées.

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare nella casa di Salvatore a Rio Claro con la mia famiglia e l'esperienza è stata semplicemente meravigliosa. La casa è splendida e tranquilla, un vero rifugio perfetto per rilassarsi. Era estremamente pulita e ben curata, e c'era tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per un soggiorno confortevole. La cucina è ben attrezzata, rendendo facile e piacevole preparare i pasti. Inoltre, il giardino è un angolo di paradiso dove abbiamo potuto goderci il sole e i momenti di tranquillità. Un grande vantaggio della casa è la vicinanza al mare, che è bellissimo e facilmente raggiungibile. Con una passeggiata fino alla spiaggia ci siamo goduti il mare bandiera blu. Un ringraziamento speciale va agli host, che sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole con la loro accoglienza, ospitalità e attenzione ai dettagli.

Stefano was always super helpful, we could not imagine a better place to stay and a better host, it was really nice everything!

Piccolo Paradiso is a well appointed villa high on a hill above Formia with a gorgeous view of the sea and the peninsula of Gaeta. The hosts Antonio and Lucia were very responsive to a few initial issues we encountered. Also, we hired Lucia for a special cooking class and dinner one evening - which was a great experience! This property is very special indeed.

Очень люблю эту виллу, были на ней в прошлом году, вернулись в этом и обязательно посетим на следующий год. Невероятная атмосфера, уединённость, вид на горы и море, природа, вилла очень озеленена, есть частный бассейн. Пляж в 15 минутах на машине, супермаркеты тоже. Красивые закаты. Обязательно нужны средства от комаров. Очень рекомендую эту виллу.

An excellent villa and a wonderful host, so helpful and kind. Highly recommend the area and the place. The pool was great and made for many a relaxing day after adventures in Rome, which was a train journey away. Lots of great local restaurants where everyone was very kind and gave us lots of food and wine recommendations. Would love to return again one day.
