House vacation rentals in Gaeta

Our stay at Livingapple was wonderful and comfortable! The house was equipped with everything we needed, even the smallest details! We had the most beautiful and peaceful days. We had a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore has turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic rhythms of daily life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite a few small issues, was immediately able to remedy it by giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

We spent a relaxing two weeks at Salvatore's place. The house and furnishings were,as described in the listing. You need a car to get to a restaurant and do some activities. In the next village, however, there is also a good train connection to go to Rome or Naples. Otherwise, the accommodation is very rural. We were allowed to harvest the fresh fruits from the garden. The pool is great. All in all, we were very please and would recommend this house.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

We had a great long weekend at Enrico his villa. It was a very nice and clean place. Well organized. A beautifull garden and a lovely pool. We as a family of 4 had a great 5 days. Would recommend for everyone. Enrico is a great host. Very supportive and helpful. A very kind host.

We had a wonderful midweek in this beautiful holiday home in Formia. The house is beautiful and is located in a beautiful garden full of olive and citrus trees, where materials such as rocks have been used in a natural way – really an atmospheric place to stay. Contact with the host Diego was very smooth; he always responded quickly to our questions. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by his parents, which immediately made us feel welcome. Although the pool was not yet filled (as indicated in advance), it was a pity with the beautiful weather that we could not use it – that had made the stay completely perfect. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for excursions and activities. In short: a wonderful place for those who love nature, peace and Italian charm!

Easy and helpful to communicate with.

Our stay in this beautiful family home was particularly nice . The location of this rental offers a beautiful view of the Bay of Formia/Gaeta. The beautiful and large garden with Mediterranean colors, the pool, the calm of this place allow you to relax well. The gastronomy of Italian cuisine is featured in nearby towns and tours of Naples, Pompeii… complete this Italian holiday. Not to mention Loredana's very warm welcome, always ready to be of service.

We had to book this accommodation super spontaneously for 3 days because the area of our original accommodation was too unsafe. So safety was our most important criterion and Alessia's apartment is in a safe neighborhood. We particularly liked the fact that the AirBnB is spacious. The terrace is very pleasant and feels private, even with the view of the other balconies of the surrounding residential buildings. The two bathrooms are very helpful. One even has a bathtub, which was really worth its weight in gold with a baby after the beach to shower. The beach is about 5 to 10 minutes away on foot. There is air conditioning for those who use it. We prefer to sleep with open windows and earplugs (the distant street is a bit noisy). Always happy to come back :)

The apartment was exactly as described, clean, in a convenient location, and just enough space for my week long stay in Gaeta. The hosts were super responsive and friendly.

Carlo is a very nice host. The house is wonderfully located with a fantastic terrace. Equipped with several parasols, loungers, dining table and a relaxing sofa, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the all-round relaxed atmosphere all day long. In the very lovingly furnished house, everything you need for relaxing vacation days is available. The driveway is exactly as Carlo describes it: the smaller the car, the more relaxed the arrival :)

There has been a lot of writing about difficulties with parking, zones, etc and we didn't find it that complicated. Download the EasyPark app and you can pay your parking through the app (can be paid per day and paid fee then applies throughout Gaeta, even if you change parking space). If you stay a week you can buy a parking permit which allows you to park cheaper, but that parking permit is nothing must - you can pay parking through the EasyPark app. If you do not buy a ZTL permit that allows you to park in the old town Friday and Saturday night, we could easily find parking at the wharf. Walking from the harbor where all the restaurants are located, there are quite a few stairs up to the apartment. You may need to book a table in advance to the restaurants you want to visit. There is no AC, but the apartment is in shade so the indoor temperature is pleasant. We also had a fan in the bedroom. The apartment's location is fantastic with a great view and a wonderful terrace.

The apartment has an unusual energy and charm. The view of the sea is gorgeous. You feel at home, surrounded by so much beauty. Luca is an exceptional host, present and proactive. The ideal place to rejuvenate.

We had such a wonderful stay at Anna’s little seaside flat. The views were wonderful and just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Loved the eclectic artsy vibe of the flat. Anna was so helpful with providing us with restaurants that had gluten-free foods. Truly a place that we would enjoy again on our next trip to Gaeta.

Everything you could want from a place. Perfect location right in the heart of Sperlonga, whilst also perched perfectly above the Sperlonga roofs, beach and sea. To top it off, Benedetto was incredibly accommodating- even picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. We did not want to leave!

We were very happy with the Palazzo. Exactly matching the photos and descriptions. Caruso and Kelly are very involved hosts and give a hundred and one tips. We enjoyed the roof terrace and the excellent location in an old and authentic part of Gaeta. Shops directly in the area, beach within walking distance and plenty to admire in beautiful Gaeta! Recommended!

We visited Villa Greg with 11 people, 5 of them children 10 years old and under, and it was absolutely PERFECTO! There was space for children to be children, and space for adults to gsther and share a meal or a bottle (or two or three...) of wine. Close to charming medieval towns and world class, Michelin starred dining, we could not have had a more amazing time.

House perfectly responsive to the photos, very close to the sea, with a priceless view and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Self check-in and check-out is very practical. Friendly and helpful hosts. I definitely recommend staying at this property for relaxing evenings on a breathtaking terrace.

There are no words to describe the beauty and peace that reigns in this wonderful house surrounded by the green of the Itrani olive groves. Our stay was impeccable and exceeded all expectations. Everything is taken care of in detail by the host Ascanio, an exquisite and always available person, who has even drawn up a guide to places and activities of interest in the area. We felt at home and super pampered, in a clean, comfortable but above all quiet environment. Really recommended!

Nice and quite big apartment with loveley surrouding, terrace and balcony. Loredana was very welcoming! You will need a car to get to the (big & nice) beach (15 min) and the next villages (10 min). We occasionally heard some dogs at night. With windows closed it was alright.

Bettina's house far exceeded our expectations. It's in the most incredible setting just above a beach (no more than 10 seconds to the sand) but under the shady green of pine trees. The immediate area is buzzing with friendly people, cafe's, a restaurant/pizzeria but the house is peaceful with a lovely breeze that floats through all the windows. You cannot beat the sound of the sea lapping that you hear from every window. The sea is very clean and shallow so even the smallest of us had a lot of fun in the water. The mornings are very calm and in the afternoon the thermals pick up and the waves starting rolling in. We have four small children and the joy of being able to go up and down to the beach without all the hassle is priceless. Lovely long shady lunches on Bettina's terrace with the sea twinkling as the backdrop. The house itself is really spacious and whilst it's simple in its decoration it is just perfect for unwinding away from all the usual rhythms of life. We were there for two weeks and could easily have spent another week or two. We visited some fabulous places in the area too with a car. It was a perfect balance between a little bit of culture for us oldies and endless hours of beach fun: snorkelling, chatting to early morning fishermen, hiring pedalos, eating spaghetti vongole at the beach cafe, delicious ice creams, and of course sunbathing. Thank you Bettina for entrusting your beautiful beach house to us and taking care of our needs so well. We really hope we can return one day!

Maria Pina was a super friendly and responsive host. She was also able to recommend things to do and nearby places to go. The apartment is super cute, sheltered and hospitable. Everything was as described. Absolutely to go back to. Super satisfied
