Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Gaeta

We had to book this accommodation super spontaneously for 3 days because the area of our original accommodation was too unsafe. So safety was our most important criterion and Alessia's apartment is in a safe neighborhood. We particularly liked the fact that the AirBnB is spacious. The terrace is very pleasant and feels private, even with the view of the other balconies of the surrounding residential buildings. The two bathrooms are very helpful. One even has a bathtub, which was really worth its weight in gold with a baby after the beach to shower. The beach is about 5 to 10 minutes away on foot. There is air conditioning for those who use it. We prefer to sleep with open windows and earplugs (the distant street is a bit noisy). Always happy to come back :)

We spent a relaxing two weeks at Salvatore's place. The house and furnishings were,as described in the listing. You need a car to get to a restaurant and do some activities. In the next village, however, there is also a good train connection to go to Rome or Naples. Otherwise, the accommodation is very rural. We were allowed to harvest the fresh fruits from the garden. The pool is great. All in all, we were very please and would recommend this house.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

We had a great long weekend at Enrico his villa. It was a very nice and clean place. Well organized. A beautifull garden and a lovely pool. We as a family of 4 had a great 5 days. Would recommend for everyone. Enrico is a great host. Very supportive and helpful. A very kind host.

We had a wonderful midweek in this beautiful holiday home in Formia. The house is beautiful and is located in a beautiful garden full of olive and citrus trees, where materials such as rocks have been used in a natural way – really an atmospheric place to stay. Contact with the host Diego was very smooth; he always responded quickly to our questions. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by his parents, which immediately made us feel welcome. Although the pool was not yet filled (as indicated in advance), it was a pity with the beautiful weather that we could not use it – that had made the stay completely perfect. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for excursions and activities. In short: a wonderful place for those who love nature, peace and Italian charm!

Beautiful apartment and area - immediately at the beach, nice outside area to wine away the hours with a good book or company. Access was easy and secure for cars. Sonny and her husband were very responsive and helpful at all times. AC was fully working and perfect after a hot day. Excellent base to visit the west coast of Italy, the train station is 10 mins away by car and you can get regular trains to either Rome or Napoli for a very cost effective price ( and comfort ). Areas to visit locally - Terracina, Gueta, Sperlonga, Fondi Would highly recommend 👍👍👍 PS try the local zip lining at Flying High or the water park at Latino

Thank you for a great place to stay in Terracina. The apartment had everything we needed and a magnificent view over the ocean. We also appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the host. We would stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Antonella’s place. Antonella and her daughter Ciara are very nice people, great hosts. Ciara answered all our questions and helped us a lot. We really appreciate it.

Elisa is a wonderful person, very helpful and responsive in communications. Her accommodation fully reflects her attention to every detail, in fact everything you need is there. Easy to park with the directions given by Elisa. Everything is as described. The apartment is halfway between the station and the center, both of which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The locals are very friendly. From the accommodation, you can also easily reach the Abbey of Montecassino with its museum, the Varronian baths, the church of Sant'Antonio, the military cemetery, the Rocca Janula, the Monastery of Santa Scolastica, the Roman amphitheater, and much more. Fully satisfied with my stay.

It’s a lovely apartment in a perfect location,2-3 mins to the beach area,a lot of nice cafes around,little shops and supermarkets. Me and my friends really enjoyed the stay,it was also nice to have a well equipped kitchen,we managed to save some money on going out for food,and cooked instead,with nice groceries from local shops nearby.If I’m around in the area again,I would be happy to come back here.Alessandro was very helpful and responsive,perfect host.Definitely recommend

I stay at Arturo's place frequently. There is such a warm welcome and the location is perfect for Cassino town centre, shopping and railway station. The terrace is a large enjoyable space. Beds are very comfortable. Its secure and safe. Arturo is a great host; comunication with him is easy and response times are excellent.

My son and I had a wonderful stay. We loved the place, it felt like "our place" right away. It was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this to anyone staying in Terricina. Only 2 blocks from a beautiful beach too!

Everything was perfect, from the arrival with a great welcome to check-out. All the services described were present in the apartment and communication with the host was simple and effective. Highly recommended.

The house is very nice, equipped with new furniture and appliances. We stayed in 3 (two adults and a small child who slept on the comfortable sofa bed). Very good location just a 5-minute walk from the sea where there are many bathing establishments, excellent especially if you are traveling with small children as in our case.

We stayed in this apartment in Formia and the experience was really positive. Located on the fifth floor, it offers a breathtaking sea view that alone is worth the stay. The location is excellent, in the heart of the historical part of the city, a short walk from all the main services and points of interest. The apartment is quiet and well maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day spent between the sea and walks. A significant plus is the condominium parking, which is very convenient given the central location. Recommended for both a short vacation and longer stays.

Our stay at Leterra Luxury Apartment was absolutely beautiful! The apartment is exactly like the pictures – stylish, clean and very well equipped. What impressed us most was the spacious terrace with a gorgeous view to the sea – the perfect place for morning coffee or to relax in the evening. The location is ideal: close to the beach, but secluded enough to enjoy the tranquility. The host was very kind and communicative, and everything went flawlessly from check-in to departure. We had a great time and will be back with love. I highly recommend!

Charming cottage in a strategic location within walking distance of the sea. Breathtaking view. Mrs. Anna was immediately available, welcoming and super professional in answering all our questions and needs that arose during the stay, as well as giving us excellent advice. Really good host.

Monica is a wonderfully helpful host who always responded quickly, arranged a taxi from the station, and provided valuable tips. Someone previously wrote here in the reviews that on a scale of 1 to 10, the apartment gets a 12. I can only agree. Such a beautiful and clean apartment with a fantastic view.
