Vacation rentals with a balcony in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

Key handover was a bit problematic on the 1st day, but with the help of nice people this was also quickly solved. Navigation doesn't work quite as usual, but you can't change that

We were there for the second time this year during the biker meeting. This time we booked an apartment where the bedroom was on one level, be sure not to book the one that has the bedroom in the basement. Dishes are available, otherwise bring everything with you.... Apartment was very clean, only the toilet flush didn't work properly, we had to get the caretaker, but he was there immediately! Great praise to the Lord! The lock on the door is a bit difficult to lock, which we also noticed last year. Wi-Fi worked great, this year we got the mobile router right away. Pool is available, was also cleaned this year, but unfortunately not opened due to weather conditions. Maybe you should fix the pool here before the biker meeting so that you can then use it. Check-in is on another street, note the opening hours as the office is closed for three hours over lunch. Otherwise a very nice apartment, everything within walking distance and yet quiet.

It was nice being there in the autumn season for having a quiet time without to much people on the beach and in Venice. We had a real good and intimate time in Bibione. We are thankful.

Very close to the sea and to the center. The place is very clean and there is a bunch of fun nearby especially for kids. The only thing I would like to warn you about is the lack of towels in the space. But they can be rented for 10 euros a set per person.

Our stay at this beautiful house was absolutely fantastic. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it offers plenty of space, and the decor is simply impressive – high quality furniture, dishes, and pans, all at top level. The cleanliness was spotless, so clean that you feel right at home. We were particularly enthusiastic about the spacious garage and the thoughtful technology – everything can be operated comfortably by radio. We felt extremely safe and absolutely like at home. The host was incredibly helpful, both at check-in and check-out. Everything was perfectly described, and the information provided was extremely useful. The location is another highlight: extremely quiet, right on the golf course, but still close enough to town and the beach, both of which are easily accessible by bike. It was the ideal mix of relaxation and accessibility. We highly recommend this house to anyone and come

Fabiana was great host. We had no problem with communication, she is very kind person and she was very helpful during our stay at her house. Fabiana gave us a lot of tips where to go and what to see with our two small kids. Her house is beautiful and equipped with everything you would need. Everything was clean and ready to use. Location is also great because it is just 2 minutes by car to the city center of Cividale del Friulli. We would definitely come back again. Thank you Fabiana!

Beautiful house, in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery, ideal for walking or cycling. The house is complete with everything you need for a great stay, with a large living space, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A few kilometers away are Cividale (in Italy) and Caporetto and Tolmino (in Slovenia), where you can also enjoy a swim or a canoe descent or other activities in the Isonzo River. Overall a great place to spend a few days of pure relaxation in nature.

We had a great time, the apartment is located in a peaceful green area. It was very nice.

We really enjoyed staying at Green Village. Our house had loads of space and a very big garden. The whole ressort is very green and well mantained. We loved spending time there with the kids. Also the shuttle service to the beach was a big help! There was only one point that was negative: the kitchen didnt have enough utensils for proper cooking. We had only one giant knife (that didnt cut well anymore, had already issues cutting tomatoes). No cutting board, no eletric devices (like mixer, blender…), only one pan where all the food would stick on it. The oven was some “mix” of oven and microwave and both functions didnt worked properly, even after we checked for a manual online, as there were only 2 buttons at all with no explanation whatsoever. Would be easier to have a simpler machine and decide if oven or microwave. Anyways we would definetely recommend Green Village. Next time we come back we either wont cook in the house or bring a few amenities with us :) Communication was always very fast and uncomplicated.

Except for the non-functional Wi-Fi on iPhones, which was rather irrelevant for the vacation anyway, we were very satisfied with the accommodation as a group. We also had a pleasant seating area thanks to the terrace. The kitchen was large enough to cook something quickly in the evening and any cooking utensils were available to us. Check in and check out went smoothly and quickly.
