Furnished safari tent with private plumbing for 4 people with a beautiful rural view. With a floor area of 40m2 and headroom all over the tent, there is plenty of space. There are 2 sleeping cabins with 2 box springs each. In the kitchen block you will find crockery and everything to cook. Café presse, kettle, fridge and cooler are provided. Next to the safari tent is your own plumbing block: shower, and washbasin, and dishwashing room. On the terrace, it is wonderful to stay.

The tent is located on a small-scale campsite on the Franekervaart where you can swim and rent a boat. Cities like Bolsward and Sneek are nearby. From the campsite, it is beautiful to cycle through the picturesque villages in the area and via narrow sling paths, with a drink afterwards on our sunny terrace!

Our safari tent is located on a child-friendly campsite, De Ikeleane, in Bakkeveen. The safari tent is equipped with a fully furnished bathroom and kitchen. You will also find a spacious lounge set with TV and pellet stove, so that it is also wonderful camping during colder days. There is also a spacious dining table with six chairs. On the veranda, connected to the kitchen, you will find the bar and spacious seating area.

Located in the picturesque village of Hoorn overlooking the Terschellinger polder, you will find our farm campsite. The mini campsite features seven furnished safari tents and some tent pitches. On our farm we keep dairy cows and young cattle. If you want, you can also get acquainted with farm life and help on the farm. Our safari tents are fully equipped, but you must bring your own linens or rent them elsewhere

In the peak of the season, there are 16 of this type at Camping Sotterum. For each tent there is a shelter tent, with furniture.
