Fraai is the largest and most luxurious apartment in Woudzicht. At almost 70 m², this apartment combines space, light, and comfort. Upon entering, the impressive ceiling height and beamed ceilings are immediately noticeable. The ground floor houses the kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a TV. A spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine, which features a work and lounge area and an adjustable double Auping bed. The bathroom is also up here. A place where you can find peace and relaxation.

Extra sleeping accommodation is possible. We have recently created this new space in our former cowshed, which is adjacent to our private home.

In 2020, we transformed it together with a lot of love and passion into a tiny house with an old lived-in look.
