The bedrooms are equipped with modern, high-quality furniture, the kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. 3 large-format flat-screen televisions, BlueRay surround system and free highspeed internet access (Wifi 6 with 1000MBit/s) offer additional convenience.

The apartment is designed for 4 people, 2 people can also sleep in the living room on the pull-out couch (total 6 people). The apartment is newly designed: eat-in kitchen with cooking island, living room with balcony, 2 bedrooms (king size bed 1.60 m wide), modern bathroom with shower. Garden with pool use. The train station (Bermatingen-Ahausen) is about 5 minutes' walk, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, bank approx. 2-3 minutes' walk, supermarket approx. 10 minutes' walk. To Lake Constance: Meersburg 8 km, Friedrichshafen 16 km.

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, just 200 m from the swimming area on the lake. With a beautiful view of the Schlosspark, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 am to 10 pm.

You will stay in the attic of our newly built farmhouse. The whole house is a vacation farm with 3 residential units. The apartment is modernly furnished with individual accents from the past. A small balcony with magnificent views of the Allgäu Alps completes our “favorite place.” There is a sauna in the house. It can be used and invites you to relax on cold autumn and winter days.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the holiday center of Oberteuringen. It is equipped with a double bed (140cm x 200 cm), TV, stereo and a kitchenette with a table and 2 chairs. Minimum stay 5 nights. The apartment includes a car parking space. A Journey by car is recommended as public transport is not very well developed here.
