Exactly as described- a place to get lost in nature and unwind and relax. It was exactly what we were looking for!

what a wonderful stay! it is so peaceful here. Jaya's place is very comfortable, I felt right at home. The bed is very comfortable and so many amenities to keep us busy. we love watching the friendly deer! 🦌

John & Sherri were very responsive when i had any questions, and are just down to earth people.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We most likely will be back and recommend others to stay here as well. The value was great for the place and view. There were a few minor wear and tears on items but we didn’t stay in the room long enough for it to affect our stay or opinion. I absolutely loved how spacious the balcony is, the seating areas, and the ability to see the pool and the lake at the same time. It was an amazing view. There were a few minor issues with plumbing in the garage but we weren’t near or at the room so honestly we wouldn’t have known anything about it if the host wouldn’t have communicated it. I believe this is a gem and I’ll definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time at this house in Kerrville. The photographs of this house just don’t do it justice - It’s even better in person. The location is 10 minutes max from town and has the most lovely views from the backyard. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals from scratch- probably the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in a vacation rental. The beds are very comfortable. The living space was roomy and had such interesting artwork. The back porch was a delight to sit out on any time of day. The pool was a little chilly the weekend we were there but that’s just because a big storm system had gone through the night before. We still had a fun afternoon in the pool. If you are not there in the height of summer and want to swim, you might want to consider paying to heat the pool- but remember that you need to do that in advance. We would highly recommend this rental home and hope to return.

Great communication, location within steps to the brewery, lots of activities

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was well-stocked and convenient to have. The view was absolutely stunning and made our time there even more special. The hosts were warm, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

We stayed a week at the river hollow retreat. We got lucky recent rains had the river over a two feet high in most places the fist couple of days. The property was beautiful and if you want peace and seclusion with no other people in site this is a great option. We had a 5 yo boy and a dog and never did we worry about where they went in the river. The location is great close to anything you may need but far enough away from kerrville to feel you are in total seclusion. The hosts were great and very tentative to your needs if they arise. My family will go back to the river hollow retreat.

The love shack was perfect for a weekend away! We grilled, enjoyed the hot tub, relaxed by the fire ring and on the back porch with gorgeous views. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed, from fire wood for the fire ring to k cups for the coffee pot, and lots of clean towels. We came down for a motorcycle rally, and scenic rides, but this was such a perfect little cabin, that we will absolutely be back. The host was thorough with the instructions, and super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We were secluded but not too far from grocery stores or restaurants, they were just a little drive away. The bed was SO comfortable too, we both slept great! We had a wonderful time here at the love shack, and can’t wait to come back.

We had such a great time! I lived in Germany for a short bit many years ago and this sweet cozy house reminded me of the experience. It was fun to look around at all the decor from Germany. It was nice and quiet, and just a short uber ride from town. We loved the surprise German pastries put in our room and appreciated the bottled water that we forgot to bring with us! Thank you for being such a lovely host. We’d totally visit again.

It started out a bit rough with A/C issues, but they were extremely quick to be helpful and make things right. They continued to communicate next steps. Great location, very clean, enough room and would definitely stay there again. The outside area is perfect for this time of year! Everyone had a great time.

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

Visited this place with a big family. It was a great place that fit all of us while enjoying all the play areas and pool. I would 100% recommend.

This place was the cutest!! Quiet, private, beautiful, and super clean. We were very comfortable in the area. Host was awesome and super nice. Would definitely recommend. If we're in the area again, we will definitely try to stay here again. (The beds, pillows, and linens were literally the most comfortable I've ever had in any rental!!)

Our girls’ trip at the Taylor Swift Hideaway was absolutely charming and so adorable! The TS Hideaway was cute and quaint. The attention to detail with the decor was very detailed for Swifty lovers or fans! Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it a delightful home base for our weekend. Kathryn, our hostess went above and beyond, eagerly ensuring our stay was welcoming with thoughtful touches like bracelet making, candy, and several messages to check in on us to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend this gem for a fun and relaxing getaway! You won’t find another AIrBnB like this one!!

This is a wonderful ranch like get a way and it was just what we were looking to find. We are so tired of motels/hotels, crowded towns and streets. It is nice to just get out away from it all and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. Birds, a deer, a turkey, and some wildflowers thrown in just added to the enjoyment . Resting on the patios in the evening looking at a dark sky full of stars was very relaxing. It is hard to describe the tranquility of the evenings we spent. It was an unexpected treat. So many sites close by to visit and see if you are inclined to do so. It was also nice that we were out away from it all and yet within a short distance of food, groceries and other amenities. Janet is the hostess with the Mostess. She was on top of everything! Super communications, super accommodations, and friends advice to help make our stay so enjoyable. OH, and sweet treats on our arrival that were very special! Thank you Janet!

Perfect spot to hang around and walk to town, restaurants, and live music or to chill by the river. It’s a straight shot to San Antonio and many other local tourist towns, which made it a great location as well. We had a great time and would love to come back!

Where to begin? Our stay at the Red Barn was everything I’ve always missed from hotels. It was comfy and cozy, and I felt safe and at home. Everything was exactly as described, and there were so many things there that I usually don’t get in rentals such as a nicely stocked fridge and coffee section, plates and cutlery, etc. While we never made eggs while there, it was nice to know that we could help ourselves to fresh eggs from the chicken coop. My husband and I go to Boerne once a year now that his parents live there, and I can definitely see us booking this place again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at the Bell Street house! The accommodations were clean, cozy, and perfect for my two kids and me. The cute decor gave it a warm, welcoming vibe, and we were even greeted with a lovely bottle of local wine — such a thoughtful touch! Everything we needed was provided, and the location was convenient and quiet. We’ll definitely be back!

The room is very cozy. Nice seating to talk. Walking distance to most places we wanted to be. Dog Friendly. Bed was comfy for my bad back, I like softer, plush mattresses. Nice pillows as well. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find and park. Timothy always was great at answering my messages relatively quickly. The restroom has a fan but is not very cool in the summer. We propped the fan Timothy left in the eating area on the bed in front of the ac unit to circulate the cold air and it made a huge difference for us. The bathroom was stocked with great tp, nice towels, bath mat, soap, lotion, and hand soap, shower is a little small for me I’m 5’10 237. You have to use the key to close the front door, the door knob will not latch. The tv had Netflix while we relaxed before bed. It was a great experience. We are grateful we found this place and it was available. My wife and I enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it and would return.

Nice secluded area, great for exploring nature and birdwatching. The house was very warm and felt like a home. The property was very large and we didn’t have enough time to explore all of it, beautiful all around and the wildlife was very abundant. The hosts were very thorough and easy when communicating about how to get there and check-ins/check-outs. Would definitely book again!

My wife and I were panicking with our first place and then we found this hidden gem in the beautiful country side of Fredericksburg! The owners of the property are some of the nicest individuals I’ve ever got to talk to, they were extremely helpful and sweet! We definitely plan on staying here again next time we’re in Fredericksburg!
