We stayed here for a quick Spring Break staycation with friends and kids and had a wonderful time!

This place was absolutely top-notch! From the moment we arrived, it felt like home—clean, beautifully organized, and welcoming. The pool was spotless and perfect for relaxing after a long day. One of the highlights was the Green Egg grill on the premises, we had a great time barbecuing and enjoying the outdoor space. Check-in and check-out were seamless, which made everything stress-free. Overall, this stay truly enhanced our trip. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

We had an amazing time at this house in Kerrville. The photographs of this house just don’t do it justice - It’s even better in person. The location is 10 minutes max from town and has the most lovely views from the backyard. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals from scratch- probably the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in a vacation rental. The beds are very comfortable. The living space was roomy and had such interesting artwork. The back porch was a delight to sit out on any time of day. The pool was a little chilly the weekend we were there but that’s just because a big storm system had gone through the night before. We still had a fun afternoon in the pool. If you are not there in the height of summer and want to swim, you might want to consider paying to heat the pool- but remember that you need to do that in advance. We would highly recommend this rental home and hope to return.

Perfect location in Johnson city and only about 20 min to wineries in Fredericksburg. Clean house and pool and great communication throughout our stay if we had any questions arise. Definitely would stay again!

Great communication, location within steps to the brewery, lots of activities

First of I have to say the house is more beautiful in person! They have everything you would need for your stay including pots and pans, silverware, bowls, plates…. Etc. My favorite part out of everything was the backyard nobody wanted to go back inside the house. The dogs loved!!! The backyard space it was big lots of room for them to roam around. They also have a small gated space near the master bedroom so your dogs can use the bathroom. We used it at night since there is a light and we can see the dogs. The fencing is perfect. I had a chihuahua and there was no way for her to fit underneath it. They did an excellent job covering it. The speakers are through out the house. We loved them!! If you have kids but want to still explore a winery. There is a place 20 minutes away from this Airbnb. It’s called Grapetown vineyard and they also have a safari tour as well. Overall the house is breathtaking perfect for a big family or a little getaway. We will be back for sure!

This home was stunning! The house was HUGE. Our large group fit very comfortably. The pool was great and the lot itself was beautiful and very relaxing. We enjoyed being in nature and seeing the wildlife, but it was also very close to town. Pictures do not do it justice! We had everything we needed to cook and felt right at home. We will definitely try staying again!

We had seven friends celebrate a birthday and all of us were comfortable. The extra linen and wide spaces were great. The sitting areas provided open area to chat and chill. Beds are extremely comfortable and approved by one of our party members who suffers from a broken spine. We made dinner easily because the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. Shower accommodations were a great touch. The windows units in the back of the house cool well. The middle room is a quiet gem.

Such a wonderful stay, kids had a great time exploring the expansive yard. The parents enjoyed the piece and the beautiful view. Great location!

What a wonderful serene stay. Very private. We saw no one but the sunset, stars and moon! The pool and hot tub tied our stay very nicely. The hot tub is big. It fit 6 of us comfortably. So many jet options. The art was intriguing. I believe was the owners. Very neat to incorporate into the rental. My friends were in awe with all the nature and amenities in the place. We brought out our kakaraoke machine and sang our hearts out with no worry on bothering the neighbors. Tied in our night with scores over the fire. Billy thought of everything we could think of. So many nooks and crannies to relax in. Already planning our next stay at Billy's place.

Sean’s home was great for our large group. He was responsive and extremely accommodating with early and late check-in/out. The home was very nicely decorated (great for a bachelorette trip or lively group with lots of bright and eclectic decor) and very clean. The pool and hot tub were great amenities as well. It was a short drive to downtown Fredericksburg and we all felt very safe in the neighborhood. Plenty of parking in the driveway. Overall a very comfortable and fun stay, highly recommended for large groups looking to stay in the Fredericksburg area.

We absolutely loved our stay—everything about it felt peaceful, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed. The home itself is stunning, with a calming atmosphere and carefully curated interiors that made us feel instantly at ease. Edwin was a wonderful host—welcoming, attentive, and kind. We felt so well taken care of throughout our visit. The kitchen was a real standout—immaculately clean and incredibly well-stocked with dishware, cookware, and all the essentials (and then some), which made cooking and gathering a true pleasure. We’re already hoping to return for another stay soon!

We had a wonderful stay here for my daughter's bachelorette weekend! The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to town, but also quiet enough for us to unwind. Easy to find and check-in was a breeze. We made some unforgettable memories and couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend!

My family and I very much appreciated our stay in this home. Everything we needed to do normal daily living was available and the game hook was a real treat. My grandkids loved the hot tub. But, mainly, the peacefulness of the location and 10-15 drive to the Main Street of Fredericksburg made it simple for touristy things, shopping, and food. Definitely consider returning for another visit.

The place was everything we had hoped for and then some. Everything was so well thought out, tidy, and well-appointed. Fantastic entertaining areas with tons of seating. Quiet, private and gated. It really felt like home. There were a few household items we forgot to bring, but they were already there. There is also covered parking! Easy river access - stone steps even the little kids could easily navigate and no crowds to hassle with. There was a stone patio with a table and chairs by the water's edge and the expansive area along the riverbank is gorgeous. We had 8 kids from infant to pre-teen and all had a blast - swimming, bicycling, hot tubbing, playing pool and yard games. Plenty of room for our large vehicles and UTV trailer. Owners are very helpful and are ready answer questions or address any issues immediately. Definitely a return trip in our future!

A good location with 2 nice houses. Be advised the nicer kitchen and dining area are in the back house on the 2nd floor. Due to physical limitations in our group, we were unable to enjoy this space. This is not indicated in the house description. The barbecue pits are gas and not charcoal and the 2nd hot tub is behind the back house. The common space between the houses was very enjoyable with plenty of seating.

What a great stay! We wanted to leave the chaos of the city behind for a few days and what a relaxing and peaceful place we picked. The area is rustic, charming, and not filled with people. The gravel road that leads to the house is not advisable for sports cars but any other car SUV is completely fine and easy. The first thing that you notice at the house is the view when you walk into the great room, it literally smacks you in the face and you can't be in a bad mood when you wake up and walk into the kitchen and see that view. The grocery store isn't too far away it's a nice scenic Drive there's a few restaurants with a close drive as well and plenty of parks and places to wander. We chose this place because of the scenery and because we wanted to be a little bit more secluded than the busiest areas of canyon lake and the property delivered it in spades. communication was excellent, the house was clean and smelled fresh when you walked in, the recent renovation looks great.

This place was so cute and unique! There was so much to do at the house and lots of space as well. We really enjoyed how it was not too far from main street, only about a 10 minute drive! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for an airbnb in Fredericksburg!

This might be the cutest house ever, lots of room yet everyone had their privacy too. Back porch and yard were perfect for the evenings and the dogs had some space. Definitely will recommend to family and friends when they visit

Had a wonderful time here! Quiet, secluded, beautiful. I like to explore, so there was a lot to explore. Had 4 friends, and we all enjoyed our sleeping areas! A tip to know if you’re gonna cook, the stoves are not the most effective for massive meals. But we made do and it wasn’t a issue! (Definitely use the grill) Our host was fantastic and kept us updated throughout the trip including a later check out time, which we all enjoyed so much. Thank you for allowing us to stay and relax for the weekend!

We had 13 guests total, and there was enough space for all of us. The house, guest house and Casita were all cozy and well decorated. There were plenty of linens and towels for everyone. Check in was easy and the property was just as described. It's private and serene. This is a country house, so expect to drive down a bit of dirt road, and you will get a few critters. The house is about 10 minutes from town and 5-10 minutes from the wineries and breweries. We had no problem calling an Uber to transport us into town. We all loved the layout so much we are thinking of coming back in the winter for my husband's Birthday.

This was a great place to stay! Michael was very accommodating and helpful! We really appreciate them for being flexible. The space was bigger than expected, which was a good surprise! The drive to town was only around 3 minutes and one night we even walked home and had no problems. Beautiful place!
