Thank you for allowing us a safe, clean, quiet place to visit with friends and enjoy the area.

I stayed here for my best friend’s wedding and I was the best man 🥵😫. Lots of duties and running around, etc. This place made the trip so much less stressful and at the end of each day I got to get out on my paddle board and fish the river. I would want to be back here every weekend if I could! Melissa was awesome, we messaged back and forth about restaurants and grocery stores and recommendations for getting things I may need for the wedding or whatnot. The living room and balcony were my peaceful spots to watch some shows and re-tie fishing lines and baits. Kitchen was perfect for storing drinks and food and I loved the shower. Thank you Melissa, you have no idea how easy and great you made this weekend!

We enjoyed our stay overall. The pool was small and somewhat crowded.. but we enjoyed the view from the balcony especially in the morning.

I had a health crisis the first night of my stay. The hosts were very understanding when family members came down to help my husband with my grandkids ( which pushed us one person over the max allowed). I can say the condo is lovely and so cutely decorated. The pool is large and mostly shaded. My grandkids saw a lot of deer and birds around the well-kept property. There are plenty of restaurants close by.

Different unit but we’ve stayed at the property another time and love the location. Easy walk to downtown, Landa Park and we joined the gym Das Rec for a month, great value. Fun to watch the activity on the Comal and the golf course from your balcony. The unit itself has comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, patio had lounge chairs and a dining set, all just as shown in the listing. Saundra was great throughout the process. We would definitely stay again.

It was very easy to check in and not hard to find at all when I walked it everything was very clean and welcoming I will for sure keep an eye open next time I’m in town so I can stay again

This condo is well worth the price. Everything was clean, organized, and stocked with coffee items. There was a good supply of towels and washcloths. Bathroom was clean and stocked with added essentials. I would recommend a stay at this condo.

It was a great stay very quiet and relaxing the kitchen was beautiful and the bathroom as well. The walk in closet was nice and loved that we had two king beds, washer and dryer was nice to have just incase! Always great to have a hot tub and pool!

Our first Air BnB experience. It was great. The place was clean and neat. Beautiful area. The property is on the lake and there are deer everywhere. Very quiet. Parking spaces in the garage are a little tight, but outside parking is available. I would definitely recommend this room and would could back in we are in the area.

The location was exactly as described and conveniently located for our purpose. The condo was very clean and modern. Overall, we were very pleased with the total package.

Great getaway stay. This was perfect for my partner and I. It had everything we needed and more. We truly did feel right at home, from the moment we opened the front door it just felt very welcoming. The backyard setup was a bonus, nice outdoor area with a tv! Another factor we really liked was the location, whether we drove or took an uber around Fredricksburg, everything was in pretty close proximity. It’s a nice, private cottage that makes you feel at home. Would definitely recommend!

My girlfriend and I spent our anniversary out in New Braunfels to visit Gruene. The condo was the perfect distance and had everything we needed! The check in process was seamless and the host was so welcoming and attentive. They were fantastic to work with! Thank you for making our trip one to remember!

Perfect location and amenities for myself and two teenagers! The condo was clean, comfortable and the location to the pool was ideal for us, literally 10 steps from the back door! Spent the early morning drinking coffee along the lake and watched the sunset in the very same place! Will definitely rent this condo again! The host, Cynthia, was responsive and helpful.
