Half mile walk to Main St.! Bluebonnet Hideaway Suite is very comfortable and secluded. The suite is a newly remodeled spacious bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, rustic ceiling beams and lots of natural light. The updated bathroom includes a large glass shower and walk-in closet. The well-stocked coffee bar has a mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker and microwave. Outside is a private deck with hot tub. On-site parking. The suite is completely private, with it's own private entrance.

Bow-wood Suite (rustic but romantic and cozy 🥂)

We would love to have you stay in one of our three suites in this 1927 mail order Bungalow (we think it's a Sears one!) This Bungalow has been completely updated with all the 'modern' conveniences, but still with keeping that rustic/elegant look of the Hill Country. Front porch for 'relaxi'n/sipping', Landscaped yard, private parking lot, private patio with comfy seating, umbrellas and fans. So sorry, but we are not set up for children or pets in this Bungalow.

Cibolo Flats is located 3 Blocks from beautiful downtown Boerne. Upstairs suite is large and comfy with a King bed. Accommodates a party of two with a balcony for your river view enjoyment. Suite sits on a large lot and backs up to the Cibolo Creek with creek accessibility on property. A short 5 minute walk to Boerne Main Plaza. Coffee and Tea available with local pastry for Breakfast. This private room with bath and kitchen is attached to my house by a front wall, roof, and back deck, although there is no common wall. The deck looks over peaceful Barons Creek where deer and turkeys are often seen. It is 1 mile from the heart of downtown. This has never been an actual barn but is constructed like one.
