Vacation rentals with a patio in Franklin

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Ken and Marisa’s place in Nashville. It was bright welcoming and clean . Plenty of room for 3 people. The bathroom was big with an adjacent walk- in closet . The bed and pull out couch were very comfortable. A lot of attention to detail , including a coffee station with both drip and K cups, hair dryer, steamer , toilet articles . The location is great , a 4 block walk to downtown and broadway. You do not need a car . The apartment building has paid parking. Ken was very responsive to our questions . We would highly recommend Ken and Marisa’s place .

Such a great stay at this BEAUTIFULLY designed apt. It's obvious the owners and host care about their home. It felt so comfortable as soon as we walked in. Love the design, as a designer myself, it's something I can truly appreciate. They made sure we had everything we needed. Bed was so comfortable and shower pressure was great! Very friendly and responsive hosts. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend.

The apartment was exactly as pictured and described. It was well stocked for anything we needed and very clean! We easily walked to the restaurants, bars, etc. It was the perfect place for our quick business trip and I would highly recommend this listing to anyone traveling to Nashville!

They were thoughtful, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was top-tier from start to finish. The extended checkout was a blessing, the instructions were clear and respectful, and the overall vibe of the place? Immaculate. I felt like I was staying with family. If you’re looking for a peaceful, professional, and polished experience in Nashville, this is where you want to stay. I’ll definitely be back. Rachel was a fantastic host, easy check in process & had a little chalkboard in the kitchen with some great recommendations based on distance from the airbnb. the place was nice and cozy for my 2 friends and i & a memory foam mattress topper was provided for the pull out couch. overall a great place to come back to after a night on broadway :)

Fantastic communication. Easy arrival and check in. Pool was terrific. Condo as described. Walkable to all of downtown. Helpful staff on site. Bedroom is definitely very bright in the morning like other reviews have stated so if you need pitch black morning sleeping arrangements probably book elsewhere.

We had a great stay at The Burnham! The location was perfect - within walking distance to downtown, restaurants, bars and the Country Music Hall of Fame. The space looked exactly like the pictures - clean, stylish and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and provided clear instructions for entering the building. We also opted for the parking garage and the directions mad it easy to find and access. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This is a delightful breath of fresh air very clean very charming and perfect place for our stay. The host made sure we were taken care of, and even helped us with our check in problems due to our time delay. I cant say nicer things about this home the backyard was perect for our dogs it is a very pet friendly place.

Deb's home was so special! It was so beautiful on the inside and so peaceful on the outside. I really enjoyed the swing on the porch! She was super helpful and so kind. If I'm ever back in this part of Tennessee, I would definitely stay there again. It was the perfect spot!

We had the best time! We spent a single day and night there but I have to say how PERFECT everything was. There were a lot of fun things to do and it literally was the perfect place for us. They were always answering quickly and made us feel like at home. We definitely hope to go back! The house itself is spotless and it has everything you might need, if I could give it a 100 I would 🩵

Our stay was nice and peaceful. The house is a great location and close to highways to get to any destinations. The house was just as seen in the photos listed. The beds could use an upgrade, but no bed is as comfortable as your own right? We would definitely book again if needed in the future. The host was great!

The home was exactly what was displayed. Communication was proactive and we didn't experience any issues. The location is about 15 minutes away from the city and still far enough to be in a peaceful area with a great backyard view.

We had a wonderful time in this house. It was immaculate, easy to find, perfectly described and yet exceeded our expectations. Matt communicated everything we needed to know in a timely fashion. We will likely return and will certainly recommend this beautiful home to our friends traveling to Franklin or the Nashville area.

John's place is AWESOME! He is such a wonderful host. The home has everything you could ask for, is extremely clean and comfortable, and is in a GREAT location. We now consider this our "home away from home" when we're in Franklin. John was gracious in accommodating our need to change a reservation date. The house provides everything needed and yet it isn't at all cluttered with unnecessary decorating items. It feels like home the minute you walk through the door. The beds are incredibly comfortable, there are ample towels and linens, the kitchen is supplied with everything needed or wanted, including a generous supply of yummy snacks. The home met every single need! Can't wait to return!!

Lauren was very responsive and helpful. The house was nice and clean. Our dog loved the deck and fenced in yard. Nice neighborhood and close to downtown Franklin! Would stay again.

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

Very responsive host and was exactly as described! Busy weekend before Memorial Day holiday and Friday night was louder than the week days but that’s expected. My kiddos said it was the best trip they’ve been on experiencing downtown Nashville. Location was perfect for walking the city all within a reasonable distance too.

Great place to relax in Nashville! Very nice rooftop deck that sets the scene of a Nashville sunset with the city skyline!! We love this place!!

True story, Linda's place was perfection. Location, decor, facilities. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better spot for our getaway. We walked to the gulch and to Broadway in the morning/early afternoon each day and opted for an Uber back each eve. Uber was $8-10. Linda was so nice and easy to connect with. Thanks for making our trip top notch!!

This place was amazing. It looked great, was spacious, all the amenities were well thought through. Not to mention, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Linda was very responsive, king and helpful aswell. I will be coming back to stay :)

Dolly's was the most perfect place to stay for our first time in Nashville. It was in the best location, walkable to Broadway, and very safe. Our stay was wonderful. Had to have a big surgery in Nashville and Jessica’s pit was the perfect place to recover and recharge before heading home. It was beautiful, peaceful, and such a great location. This was one of my first times using an AirBnB and i couldn’t have asked for a better location or host. She is very kind, responsive, and even did a load of our laundry when we ran out of clean clothes. Absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back.
