Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Nashville is an approximate 40 minute drive; Franklin is a 15-20 minute drive. Airport is approximately 45 minutes. Quick access to I-840 exchange makes the Spring Hill area very convenient. It's private with all windows facing the forest. All the fun of being a kid w/ comforts of home like toilet, ac, electric fireplace, heater & 3 season hot shower.

Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. Nestled in the middle of nine wooded acres, This BRAND NEW carriage house has soaring cathedral ceilings with architectural beams, a slate-surround wood burning fireplace, and a 65” smart tv. The kitchen features stainless appliances and butcher block counters. One bedroom features a king bed, while the other has a gorgeous queen sleigh bed. The deck in the rear of the house allows for beautiful views of the forest. And the fire pit area is sure to be a hit with your group. Fiber Internet!

Poplar Hollow Barn

This home is located in the side of a rustic 1950's barn. Large kitchen-dining room, patio, and a screened porch are some of the best features. Acres of pasture to roam too! Fire pit, wood and charcoal grill. Check in 3-8pm-no late check in. No pets, parties, get togethers involving non-guests/event photos. MNSTR Permit # 500803. We are not permitted to rent to locals. This is a pet-free home and ESAs don't fall into Airbnb's service animal policy or the ADA's policy in this rental.

The Smokehouse deck connects to a walkway and porch for our AirBNB Plus rated "Quottage" which offers accommodations for two, a private bathroom, living space, and small kitchen.
