Retreat to one of the 4 bedrooms, 3 upstairs and 1 on main floor all with an en-suite bathroom. Relax in our huge bonus room with an 84" flatscreen. Enjoy 2 powder rooms and a large laundry area. Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Rose Cottage charms her guests. This Victorian home was built in the 1890's and lies within the original surveyed five block square area of Historic Downtown Franklin. Rose Cottage is about a two minute walk to The Square and to Franklin's main attractions, venues and restaurants. There is no struggle to find a place to park with its location being closer than much of the available parking. It is quite convenient in the evening to be able to walk home from an evening spent downtown!
