This place was great and I would definitely stay here the next time I’m in Nashville. It’s located out of the craziness so a perfect place to come back and relax. It’s really close to a few cute neighborhoods that have great restaurant and bars. The host was friendly and the place was clean and private. Can’t recommend enough!

Judy made our stay fabulous. Great communication and instructions on how to get there and self check in was easy. We will book again when travel to Nashville or close to. Did I mention how clean the place is? It was a nice quick ride to broadway but far enough away to feel like you are away from everything. So nice to have a quiet space to re set from the hustle and busy of the city. Cleaner than a hotel and comforts of home. Perfect stay!

Jeffrey's place suited us so well. We love to mix up our dining out with sometimes having something simple at home. The grocery store was very close by. Everything was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was also handy for a reasonable App based ride to the Grand Ole Opry show.

Was the perfect place for my group of friends! Very clean, great location in a peaceful neighborhood, and very quick response time! Really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful and quiet environment. Close and convenient to Vanderbilt Orthopedic. Uber drivers is about 10 min wait to arrive at the door. Scott and Buffy are Great Caring hosts.

Very convenient location, just a few miles from downtown Nashville, so only a 10-15 minute drive to the two wedding events we went to and the Fifth+Broadway area to check out the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the National Museum of African American Music which gave us validated parking in the garage that is located right where all the action is. The Airbnb is only a mile from a Kroger supermarket with Tesla Superchargers. We didn't cook any meals for this trip, but the full size electric range, cookware, and dishwasher would have made that easy as well some food items in the refrigerator and freezer and olive oil and spices. The unit was thoughtfully provided with some snacks as well as coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. One tip for future guests: the dimmer switch for the lights in the main room are at the opposite corner from the entrance where there are also on/off switches for those lights.

A great place to stay! Host was very communicative, and handled any issues with great professionalism and politeness. Uber finding the address was a little hit or miss as the property is tucked back. But, a simple message to the Uber driver, everything was fixed. Would defiantly stay again!

We stayed here while attending a nearby festival and found it to be exactly what we needed. The space was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was perfect for a short stay where we primarily needed a good place to rest. The location was convenient, just a quick drive to the town square with several charming restaurants and shops. We appreciated the quiet, private surroundings and and cleanliness throughout the home. We’d gladly return for another weekend visit.

We absolutely adored our little place, get an iron. lol 😂 other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely book in the future!

This rental was perfect! Very cozy with the cutest decor. Beds were SO comfortable! Great neighborhood and location was within walking distance to boutiques and restaurants!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed, like a good bed and reliable Wi-Fi. The host was quick to respond and provided clear check-in details, which made everything easy. and I’d book again

My Wife and I enjoyed our time there, the apartment was fantastic, wished we could spend more time there. Our stay was only two days. Very clean, safe off road parking. I slept like a baby there. Clean stocked kitchen with glassware, coffee, creamers and hot cocoa. Loved this place, spend more time there.

This was the perfect Airbnb to stay in for a bachelorette weekend! Intimate, comfy, quiet and in a great location if you’re wanting to visit Nashville!! Tina was very communicative and was quick to respond for every need!

Great place with a very relaxing atmosphere!

The Nifty was absolutely adorable and very cozy!! I chose to stay in my first night and just relax. The space was extremely cozy and everything I needed was there for me! The patio is very private and a great place to sit in the evening/morning with your coffee. Patty was very nice and helpful with recommendations and check in instructions. I would absolutely recommend the Nifty and will be staying here again my next trip to Nashville!

The place is first class, clean and organized and everything is there you'd need. In a great neighborhood, near a good restaurant, and a good walking area. All in all, I'd go right back again to Bobby's place

Deborah and Greg's unique place was the perfect option for a weekend in Nashville! I was treating my neice to a belated birthday adventure and it was such a fun place . Deborah and Greg were lovely hosts and my neice and I loved chatting with them about all thing dogs and music related ! It's on a quiet cul-de-sac and we ubered to our event easily. Will definitely be back .

This rental is great. It is situated in the perfect location. It has everything you need and is comfortable and cozy. If you need a place close to Vandy (which we did), look no further. Owners are very attentive. We would definitely return.

Amy's place was the perfect getaway. The property has a very tranquil setting. We enjoyed seeing wildlife on the property. One evening we sat on the porch and just enjoyed the view with a deer in the distance munching on the vegetation. Even though it felt remote there still were plenty of restaurants in the area for eating out. Plus, the place is very clean, well stocked with amenities and the furniture was very comfortable.

Absolutely worth every penny! Greatest host and place combo you could ask for! The place is well stocked with everything you could want and such a peaceful place to just be. And only be like 20 min from downtown Nashville or just a few minutes from great in the city you are with great eats and just a lot to do! Definitely don’t miss out on this opportunity!
