Excellent apartment, matches the photos and description, clean, really equipped with everything, washing machine, dishwasher, spare towels, air conditioning in both rooms. Super-equipped kitchen from oil to condiments, coffee machine and pods, aluminum foil containers, baking paper, trays, toaster, really excellent attention. It has mosquito nets. In the laundry area, I found everything I needed for cleaning, a new broom, new sponges, laundry detergent, fabric softener... really great attention. Nothing was missing! Great location near the beach and the main street. Super active host, always very helpful, and decisive. bikes available Really great staff! I accidentally got locked out with the keys inside the apartment, and within 5 minutes they solved the problem. Unobtrusive and really very professional. A positive note also for the Lido delle Sirene!

Lovely apartment in downtown Imola. For free parking we had to walk a bit. With lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

We really enjoyed staying in this Villa. It was very peaceful and the gardens are something out of a story book. We did find it a bit cold in May, but Gianni provided an extra blanket for us! A small space heater would be nice for when it is so cold & damp and rainy. I would like to stay here again in the future :)

A place very suitable for our needs, quiet, close to a park , a supermarket and 20 minutes from the city center!!! Lots of storage and well-equipped, a pleasant terrace.... in short, we loved it and will be back with pleasure.

It already promised well for the location and that it is on a high floor that offers a remarkable view of Rimini and it did not disappoint. We arrived a little early and the very kind host Alberto managed to let us in early. The apartment was clean and tidy. Positive experience from us. We plan to return sooner or later.

I was there for 11 days, the reception was very friendly, language barriers could be overcome with Google Translate, Daniela is very friendly and personable and also gave me tips on excursions in the area. The house is very quiet very close to the beach which fortunately was not yet crowded in April:). The house is equipped with everything you (I) needed, nothing was missing, especially I liked the bed, it has a very good mattress on which I could sleep very well:). I was also lucky with the weather and did a lot and it is true for me a very nice, great and relaxing holiday. Sights and shopping are easily accessible, I have been very satisfied with everything and I lacked nothing, my small Dog and I were very happy here.

We stayed 2 nights in his apartment and had a great time. Everything is very clean and tidy. All the information about check-in and parking was provided to us quickly and Nicola was always available even when I returned to retrieve some forgotten personal belongings. Super recommended place to stay

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you can wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path takes you to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you travel by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

Our second stay at this place! Really enjoy the beauty of the location and the villa. Convenient to all the area offers.

We are welcomed by Silvia's mother, very nice, helpful and caring, she makes you feel at ease. A little bit the mom of all guests. The town of Gabicce Monte is very quiet but with great restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias where you can spend the evenings. Recommended for everyone.

The space is small but cozy, extremely clean, and has all the necessary amenities. Mirko was very helpful and kind.

We were warmly welcomed by Bernedetta's children. She explained everything to the last detail and also gave tips for the surroundings. The house was in great shape and is also very nice! It is a building from the 13th century and many details have been nicely preserved. You are at the top of the mountains with only a few hundred meters away from another holiday stay of the same family. Furthermore, you won't be bothered by anyone. You can enjoy an insane view.

Located directly on site and nicely private. We were lovingly received and everything in the apartment was shown. Tommaso was always available and immediately helped if there were any questions. You could sleep well upstairs in bed. On the second day, you got used to the sloping roof. It was everything you need in the apartment. An all-round successful vacation for us.

We were the first guests in 2025 and were received in a really friendly way. The rooms are authentically renovated and the whole property is impressive. The sanitary facilities are extremely clean and the beds very comfortable. The building is pleasantly cool in the summer and the pool very clean. Nights were very quiet and the shutters keep the light out in the morning. For our three nights we were very satisfied. Thank you Letizia for the lovely stay.

New, very clean apartment, in a nice condominium, a stone's throw from everything but located in a quiet area. The reserved parking space is definitely a plus. Considering the quality of the services, you can get around without a car. Enrico and his mother are very kind and communicative. We will definitely be back.

Friendly and helpful host. We stayed for an event on the Mugello track and the apartment is not even 10 minutes from the circuit, so it is very convenient. The apartment is as described and was clean upon our arrival. The owner also provided us with some information on where to eat in the evening and made himself available in case we needed any advice for the stay. See you next time. 👍

Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! Super friendly and made us feel very welcome! Thank you Alberto!!

Francesco was a wonderful host and very friendly . His apartment was comfortable and we found ourselves feeling at home . I recommend it if you want to be a bit outside the center but still close.

The two of us spent a week in Andrea's apartment and felt very comfortable there. The apartment is very nice, fully furnished, was super clean and you can also cook very well there. The location is right next to a park, you can sit on the balcony in the evening and listen to the birds. The nearest supermarket is within easy walking distance, the nearest bus stop is only a few meters away, from there you can reach the train station in 15 minutes. Andrea was very friendly, always available, he even picked me up from the train station and then showed me everything in the area. I can only recommend the apartment to everyone without reservation.
