It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

The house is in an old building (1400), in the heart of the city centre. Originally it was a convent, the "convento delle Badesse" because of the San Pier Maggiore Church based behind the facility. During the years the building was restored e changed its shape. Into the centre of Florence, the apartment it's also very close to humanities and architecture university.

It’s the perfect base for exploring Bologna: just a 5-minute walk to Piazza Maggiore, 1 minute from Via Indipendenza, and 10 minutes from the central train station. Closest underground parking is just 5 minutes walk and is called “Parcheggio piazza VIII agosto”.
