This is one of the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been in over 150! The apartment is beautiful and so are the surroundings. We were welcomed with great instructions as well as champagne and snacks. It just couldn’t have been better. Be sure to enjoy the tub!

Lucrezia is a great and accommodating host. Particularly noteworthy is the terrace and the garden of the property.

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

A huge thank you for a great stay! The welcome was impeccable, the house was perfectly clean, comfortable and even better than in the photos. A 5-star experience, I would recommend it without so much as a second thought and I would happily come back!

This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

If you truly want to feel as if you're a local, stay at this beautiful home! You're right in the middle of everything, yet you feel as though you're in your own private oasis. The courtyard, the rooms, the views-it was all amazing. What a gem! I will stay here again.

We had a very joyful stay, host was friendly from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Loved all the animals and the beautiful scenery. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Communication was very easy and we felt right at home.

Stayed for a few days as i was visiting the race circuit at Imola. Perfect for that, about 25 min drive direct to the Aqua Minerali entrance. Set up on a hillside , very peaceful and beautiful. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. I didn’t eat at any restaurants as i ate at the circuit and cooked at the house. There is a small supermarket in the town 10 mins away for all your supplies. Lovely to eat outside amongst the trees. Highly recommend if you visiting this beautiful part of Italy.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend! The place was very nice, exceptionally clean, and felt private and peaceful — just what we were looking for. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was great to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Hosts are super friendly and makes you feel right at home.

We were warmly welcomed by Bernedetta's children. She explained everything to the last detail and also gave tips for the surroundings. The house was in great shape and is also very nice! It is a building from the 13th century and many details have been nicely preserved. You are at the top of the mountains with only a few hundred meters away from another holiday stay of the same family. Furthermore, you won't be bothered by anyone. You can enjoy an insane view.

Gorgeous place, tastefully decorated with beautiful lighting and 5 star ambience. Gotti was kind enough to pick us up and drive us to the apartment due to the ZTL zone of the home. Still very convenient and walkable to the car and the historic area was quiet and tranquil. Best Airbnb we’ve had, just wish we stayed longer.

Mauro is an extremely helpful and kind host. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The sacredness of the silence all around invites you to enjoy moments of peace and regeneration away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was the ideal place to enjoy a weekend in contact with nature. We highly recommend it.

We (two adults, two 14-year-old sons) felt very comfortable in the place from the beginning. The furnishings were practical and simple, no frills. The division also suited us: the parents downstairs, the youth upstairs.The location was😉 also right for us. We can highly recommend the accommodation!

We spent 3 days and 2 nights in the apartment with 4 people, which from the entrance is very welcoming, especially in spring with the flowery courtyard. There is an open space on the front of the house and one on the back porch, both comfortable and suitable for nice moments of sharing. The house is very spacious and clean, bright but also equipped with very dark shutters for those who like a place sheltered from the light at night. The house is located in a nice residential neighborhood of terraced houses with friendly neighbors and free parking in front of the apartment entrance. The area is very close to Mirabilandia and Ravenna (about 10 and 15-20 minutes by car). Federica was very kind and precise in her communications, in providing clarifications and details even on explicit request, both regarding access to and use of the house, and for suggestions regarding places to visit and places to stay. An apartment that is certainly recommended.

A dream home, waking up and having a view of the hills and Brisighella is priceless. The olive grove around the house offers unparalleled peace and tranquility. Thanks to Francesca's instructions, finding the accommodation was a bit of a joke. Once in the house we found some insects, but with the house so immersed in nature you can't ask for complete isolation from the outside. As far as I'm concerned, it's all part of the connected experience with nature. In general, perfect accommodation to get away from the stress of the city and take time to yourself.

I have no words to describe the magic of Casa Isei, which Ketty keeps alive with her great helpfulness and kindness. The apartment is beautiful, very large and central, with attention to the smallest details, it was just like being at home!

Neat, clean, well-ordered flat. Perfectly situated, a few minutes walk from the station, but in the heart Ravenna, and within walking distance of all the historical sights of the town. Stefano was most helpful. He met me in the street below the apartment (showing more faith in the trains than I had) and was very flexible about leaving times on the day of my departure.

We absolutely loved staying at Eliana's place, and our dog loved it even more! The house is spacious and decorated in a very homely style. The fenced garden is beautiful — our puppy loved roaming around and playing in the grass. If we come to the Bologna/Castel Guelfo area again, we will definitely stay with Eliana!
