Enrica’s BnB exceeded my expectations. What I was expecting to just be a quick overnight on my travels turned into a wonderful stay in Artena. The apartment is clean and offers the necessary comforts. Enrica was easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations of what to see and local cuisine to try in the old town. Plus, her BnB is high up and has beautiful views of the countryside.

We had a really good time, we left with slightly high expectations, from the description and photos, and we were not disappointed at all. Fantastic location, in the middle of greenery but not too secluded, comfortable apartment with what you need, and even something more (tea and coffee available for guests). But what made the difference was especially the outdoor spaces, the garden, and the pool. Paolo and Julia were great hosts. Their dog Lia, polite and never intrusive, my daughter fell in love with it! We were so sorry to have to leave. We highly recommend it, we hope to have a chance to go back

It was great to stay at Marcelle’s house. It is a place that I will definitely come back to and recommend to anyone looking for house with alot of charm and peace.

Room that meets the description, comfortable and clean. Located in the central area, in the historic center. Andrea was very helpful and flexible for check-in. At check-out he kindly took us to a breakfast bar: a very appreciated gesture, because friendliness is also a value. Thanks Andrea for hosting!

Alessandra was a very nice host. She greeted us on the street and helped us find the house. The house was quite clean and cleaned every day. He answered our questions quickly. The location of the house is very convenient that the train station is at the bottom. But there is no transportation other than the train. You need to freeze back in the house early in the evening. Close to Rome but not much around the house. The nearest grocery store is 20 minutes away. Everything was perfect except for the location. Alessandra was a very sweet person. Kopek, his housemate, was also very friendly. The design of the house was very sweet and would meet all your needs.

Donatella was very kind and helpful. The house is located just above Itri, in a quiet area from which you have a beautiful view, the rooms are well-kept and clean. For breakfast there was a wide choice and the cake prepared by the landlady was really great. Recommended for those who want to enjoy a relaxing stay in the middle of the greenery.

Enjoyed my stay. The place is quiet and peaceful. The landscaping is splendid. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable. Several choices for breakfast. The host is available and friendly. You need a car to visit the surroundings, several vineyards and Latina beach and Lake di Fogliano are must-sees. The room was a little small for all our suitcases, but we only stayed there 1 night. If I had stayed longer I would have taken a bigger one. The location was convenient for our flight scheduled the next morning (about 50 minutes' drive to the airport).

Augusto's B&B was a pleasant discovery, impeccable rooms both in cleanliness and comfort. Augusto was one of the best hosts with whom we had the opportunity, in our travels, to come into contact, kind, helpful and understanding, a great landlord. Definitely highly recommended.

We were hiking the Via Francigena and stayed at this AirBNB which is very convenient to the hike. The place is close to town and is comfortable and clean. And we had cafe machiattos and some nice meals at Oussama’s cafe across the piazza from the AirBNB.

Pleasant stay , very kind and professional hosts and staff. On the way out, we also found a thank you for choosing them a complimentary bottle of wine. Maybe I would only improve the windows in the pet friendly area on the beach that unfortunately had very little shade. But overall we had a great time. Thank you 💖

The place was spotlessly clean and really adorable! The views from both the room and the balcony were especially stunning. Also, Dalila was a very helpful host, and the breakfast she prepared was honestly really good! The neighbourhood felt safe. I saw kids playing and elderly people (both men and women) walking their dogs on my way to Dalila’s place even at 9pm. In short, such a great stay!

Antonello's place was amazing!!!! It's super close to the beach and to several pizza places. Antonello is a great host, he made sure to explain everything in detailed and gave all of his support. I definitely will come back and recommend him with all of my friends!! Best wishes from Mexico!!! 🇮🇹🇲🇽

I spent one night at Assunta’s place and she has been very sweet and helpful! The house is very clean and organized! I felt like being at home. She asked about what we wanna eat in the morning and when we woke up , everything was on the table ! A nice table was set! I highly recommend Assunta as a host!

Villa Garden was a beautiful place to stay! A lovely home with large pool and delicious breakfast.

A real slice of paradise! Our stay was unforgettable. Mrs. Virginia greets you in her own home and makes her feel like she was yours. Excellent pastry, everything you read in the reviews of the breakfasts prepared by you, are all TRUE. Every morning several different sweets and freshly baked sweets. But on request you can also enjoy an exquisite savory breakfast. The property has a beautiful view. Fresh and clean air, you sleep divinely at night. Strategic location, by car you can reach the sea in just 15 minutes. Another strength of the hot tub pool. Fantastic! The rooms furnished with great taste and personality, equipped with every comfort and air condition. Structure and rooms are always clean and tidy. What else to say, we couldn't make a better choice.

Villa Olga B&B is a beautiful place to stay. In the beautiful garden you can sit on the terrace or the lawn and look at the sea, all the way to Gaeta. The rooms have balconies, some also overlooking the sea. Everything is very very clean and well decorated. The accommodation sits very quiet. No noises could be heard from the outside at night. From the property it is about 5 minutes downhill to the beach. Iolanda was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is wonderful too. Thank you for everything!

Danila is a great host, friendly and kind. The house is clean and well furnished, it has a well-kept garden and a pool that on hot days is perfect for refreshing and relaxing. Great breakfast, homemade sweets, and fresh fresh eggs. Its location allows you to reach in a few minutes by car Castel Gandolfo, Nemi, Ariccia and other countries along the Via dei Lakes.
