Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Small Studio apartment in "Piazzetta"

Bright and charming little apartment overlooking “La Piazzetta” in the Old Town. It has a queen-size bed (140 cm x 190 cm) on the mezzanine, and there is also a small sofa bed (70 cm x 180 cm) next to the (well-equipped) kitchen. Not suitable for people with limited mobility or individuals of large build; the access staircase to the loft is not a standard staircase (see images). The windows are energy-efficient. Climate control. Heating. Sheets not ironed ;)

Immerso nel verde è dotato di parcheggio e spazio esterno attrezzato dove cenare e godersi il fresco. La tassa di soggiorno è di un euro al giorno per gli adulti e si può pagare direttamente in appartamento.
