Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 bedroom with single bed, 1 bathroom with shower, large terrace.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

Aurora Medieval House - Granaio

Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

Small Studio apartment in "Piazzetta"

Bright and charming little apartment overlooking “La Piazzetta” in the Old Town. It has a queen-size bed (140 cm x 190 cm) on the mezzanine, and there is also a small sofa bed (70 cm x 180 cm) next to the (well-equipped) kitchen. Not suitable for people with limited mobility or individuals of large build; the access staircase to the loft is not a standard staircase (see images). The windows are energy-efficient.
