The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

Nestled within a historic building facing one of the most iconic squares in the world, this one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor and boasts modern amenities and an enviable patio, perfect for alfresco dinners. Ideal for couples or small families, the apartment features top-notch A/C system in all rooms, multi-room wireless sound system, steam bath as well as bathtub . Step outside the front door to toss your coin and immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of the city center.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The seahorse - at the port

The "Il cavalluccio" Tourist Accommodation is located on the port of Anzio, next to all the attractions of the place. Ideal location also to reach the island of Ponza, with boarding 80 meters from the door of the building. The train station with the Roma Termini terminal is 1 km away (a 15-minute walk). You can walk around the village of Anzio, leaving your car in the parking lot behind the building or arriving directly by train. *The apartment is on the 3rd floor WITHOUT an elevator*

Located minutes away from Termini Station but still a peaceful home. The access to the appartment is made by stairs. Breakfast it's on us!
