Vacation rentals with breakfast in Follonica

Staying in a 13th Century Palace was a spectacular trip. The owners and Bianca were the Most Gracious hosts. We were in Awe staying in this Special location with such history, beauty and elegance. Alessandra é muito gentil e amável, nos tratou muito bem. Sempre respondia prontamente muito rápido. Valeu muito a pena a hospedagem em seu imóvel. A vista é maravilhosa. Sempre que voltar a Toscana, regressarei em seu Airbnb. Muito obrigado!

Grazia ist super freundlich und lieb und wir haben uns in ihrer Unterkunft wie zu Hause gefühlt! 😊 die Unterkunft ist komplett neu, sehr gepflegt und man kann ohne Probleme vor der Unterkunft parken. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder bei Grazia übernachten und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank! 😊

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Great for kids, relaxation, being in the middle of the nature, heated pool for kids, sauna, landscape and the list can continue

Appena arrivi all'alloggio di Carlo abbiamo avuto subito la sensazione che la nostra vacanza sarebbe stata speciale: la posizione e la casa stessa sono meravigliosi, il grande parco( tutto recintato,perfetto x chi come noi aveva bimbi e cani) che circonda ti da una quiete incredibile,i grandi spazi della casa sono preziosi quando si è in tanto, tutti hanno la propria privacy. Carlo è un hosting eccezionale, preparato e accogliente. ci ha aiutati in ogni nostra richiesta! ( e sono state parecchie:)) un particolare grazie a Grazia che ti fa trovare una casa impeccabile, letti e asciugamani disposti come nei migliori hotel, la casa profuma di pulito fino all'ultimo giorno, questo è sinonimo di cura dei dettagli che spesso altrove non si trova. questo alloggio ti entra nel cuore , è stato speciale anche per i nostri cagnoloni ,un parco enorme dove giocare e correre in sicurezza. ripartire è stato davvero faticoso!

Appartamento indipendente, molto pulito, spazioso, fornito di tutti i servizi e con una grande terrazza in cui fare colazione, prendere il sole e ammirare il panorama. Immerso nei campi, il luogo è silenzioso e calmo, un ottimo rifugio per visitare i dintorni bellissimi. Host molto molto gentili e disponibili, pieni di premura e consigli. Indirizzo super-consigliato!!

Appartamento grande, molto pulito e luminoso in zona tranquilla. Cucina molto attrezzata, bagno grande, camera confortevole. Molto ben organizzato. Gli host hanno lasciato l'essenziale per la colazione. Sono stati molto gentili. Il paese lo conoscevamo già ed è molto bello. Campagna splendida vicino al mare. Speriamo di tornare!

Daniela was very helpful and responsive to all our messages. The place was nicely decorated, had everything we could need and was perfect for making our own meals when needed. It was walkable to everything, with a shop right around the corner and 10 minutes from the main square. The only downside was that it was very warm in the apartment which was helped when we made sure the fan spun the right way, but other than that our stay was lovely!!

Clara war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin - freundlich, hat beim verspäteten Check-in auf uns gewartet, alles in der Wohnung erklärt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben - super Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden, die Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit nutzbar, weil es zwei Schirme gibt. Und drin ist es gemütlich, sauber, genug Schränke - alles da. Sehr gern kommen wir wieder, wenn wir mal in der Nähe sind.

Ho soggiornato due notti in questo b&b, avevamo prenotato la camera con il terrazzo vista mare con tavolo e sedie per godere della bellissima vista sul golfo. La camera era molto spaziosa, nuova e soprattutto molto pulita. La ragazza delle colazioni è stata gentilissima e i prodotti erano buonissimi. Molto comodo il parcheggio all'interno del b&b. Spero di tornarci presto!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit bei Lorena und wurden herzlich empfangen mit Frühstück für den Anfang und selbstgemachter Marmelade. Lorena ist eine tolle Gastgeberin - hilfsbereit, freundlich und immer zur Stelle :-) Den Strand erreicht man auch mit kleinen Kindern super schnell über einen kleinen Schotterweg bergab und das Meer ist flach, ideal für Kinder. Kleiner Tipp: Moskito-Spray einpacken für den Draußenbereich im Juni ;-) Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt

Elba is een prachtig authentiek Italiaans eiland waar je alles vindt wat Italie zo aantrekkelijk maakt. De locatie en het appartement waren heerlijk; ruim, fris, mooi uitzicht over de zee, in de natuur. De gastheer/vrouw zijn erg aardig, lief en behulpzaam. Al met al hebben we een heerlijke vakantie gehad en willen we graag terugkomen!

El lugar fue todo lo que esperábamos; la decoración muy tradicional, teníamos una increíble vista a los viñedos y también estábamos relativamente cerca del centro… se puede descansar muy bien porque los cuartos aíslan por completo la luz y no hay ruido. Alessandro muy amable siempre y pendiente de lo que necesitábamos, nos recibió con snacks y café. Regresaríamos sin duda!

Giacomo, was an absolute legend! Such a great guy, welcoming and helpful. The property is set amongst beautiful gardens overlooking the spectacular Tuscan countryside. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have all you need. Would’ve loved to have stayed longer. Thanks for everything G and hope to return soon

Ada was an amazing resource and helped us arrange transport from the train station, to our horseback riding excursion and back to the train station after we checked out. She had amazing restaurant recommendations and let us know about a special event happening at the Church of Santa Maria Della Scala that we really enjoyed seeing! You MUST stay here if you ever visit Sienna!

Steven’s Place is in a beautiful location and had all the listed amenities. They also arranged for a vegetarian dinner for us, that was really delicious. Special mention to the staff who was very attentive and thoughtful. The only callout would be to kindly share the price for the dinner beforehand, which we felt was at the higher end at €37 per person. Rest everything was good.

Wir haben uns bei Serena und Mario sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Atmosphäre war super entspannt und der Hof und der Ausblick einfach atemberaubend! Die Tiere waren unser persönliches Highlight. Kurzer Tip am Rande: Der Weg zum Airbnb ist voller Schlaglöcher, fahrt da also wirklich vorsichtig. Ist nicht für alle Autos geeignet ;)

Beautiful place and location . Giordana was very accommodating, responsive, friendly and very helpful. She made sure that our breakfast had lactose free products and really appreciated the gesture. Highly recommend her place!!

Super acceuil en français. Acceuil selon notre horaire. On a opté pour le petit déjeuner, c'était très bien. Excellente place pour une famille.

Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft! Maria ist sehr gastfreundlich und kommunikativ. Das Airbnb ist richtig schön und das Frühstück war perfekt (auch sehr toll für Vegetarier). Haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Einen großen Dank und definitiv weiterzuempfehlen. Sind mit dem Bus angereist und von Volterra gelaufen und fanden das prima (aber sind auch sehr sportlich). Es gab tolle Wanderwege in der Umgebung und generell war es richtig schön ruhig!

Alloggio molto apprezzato per posizione, cordialità host e infine prezzo. Consigliato!
