Lovely house, walkable distance to everywhere in Hythe. Extremely clean. Friendly host. Perfect for our girls’ weekend.

I would highly recommend staying at this lovely little house. It is absolutely charming. The entire house was pristine and very well equipped. It is so cosy and welcoming. The outside garden area is delightful so private and a total sun trap. Very good location for visiting Ashford town or the shopping mall and the glorious countryside nearby. I will definitely return again someday soon. 👍

The view and access to the beach was lovely.

Gareth's Airbnb was absolutely perfect. He was super accommodating and it's truly the perfect spot for a getaway and to catch up with old friends. Highly recommend to others and would (will hopefully!) stay there again. Thank you!

A beautiful AirBnB, finished and furnished to a high standard and quality. Having the cooking essentials, tea, milk, and even breakfast stuff included was an appreciated touch. Would love to come back here perhaps for a cosy Winter stay next time. Gaynor had great communication, but left us to it to enjoy our stay.

Galina was a responsive host and the check in at the property was very easy. We stayed for two nights as we were in Kent for a wedding and it was convenient for what we needed.

The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a peaceful, safe neighborhood. It truly felt like a home away from home. A special thanks to Richard for the manual with all the helpful information and the lovely personalized note and fresh flowers! It was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel so welcome. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again! :)

Our daughter was very recently diagnosed with a rare form of epilepsy. Due to her medication, we were unable to fly, which meant that we had to cancel our planned family trip abroad for her 1st birthday. We found Alex and Lucie’s listing and it seemed almost too good to be true! Somewhere that we could keep our youngest shielded, whilst also giving us a place to give our eldest a real feel of a holiday. The cottage is beautiful and immaculately kept. Everything about it is perfect. Alex and Lucie added additional personal touches, like a hooded towel for the little one and additional pool checks to ensure that she was kept safe, which we appreciated immensely. I’m not sure if it was me or our eldest that had most fun in the pool and the pool toys got plenty of use! We said within a few hours of arriving that we would love to return and we look forward to doing so in the future. Thank you so much for helping us to give our little ones (and us) exactly what was needed!

Gorgeous flat on the seafront, with two super comfy bedrooms and beautifully curated art throughout the house - would 100% stay again if I’m ever back in St Leonard’s!

We had a wonderful weekend stay in Deal. Roger’s place is a perfect place, close to the beach, shops and pubs. Lovely and clean and everything we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend Roger as a host. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at Bellevue and would definitely stay again. The property is beautiful and well equipped a stones throw away from the beach which both of our daughters loved. Angela was a fantastic host who had great communication. Thank you for a lovely stay and we can’t wait to return

Enjoyed our second visit with Antony and Gonzalo. Had stayed 6 weeks in 2019 and became friends with them then. Made it a point to spend 3 nights with them on this trip and it felt like old home week. Antony is very knowledgeable about architecture and grand British homes so he can offer advice on where you may be able to see historic buildings and interesting houses. We hope to visit with them again on any future trip to England.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful, full of charm and right in the centre of Rye. We were also there during a heatwave and really appreciated that a fan had been provided! Bob was very helpful and provided tips on where to park nearby. Just a note that the stairs in the property are very steep and the floors a bit uneven, as you would expect for a property of that age. For us it was no problem at all but for anyone with mobility issues it might be a challenge.

We had a lovely stay at Amelia's place. As many of the reviews here suggest, it feels more like a home than an Airbnb. Decorated beautifully and in an amazing location right next to the beach and Cliftonville shops. Amelia was really quick to respond to any questions we had and we would definitely stay here again - it had everything we needed and more. Thank you Amelia!

We had a fab few days . The flat is lovely...has everything you need, lovely decor, very comfy sofa and bed. Good places to eat within a few steps and easy to get to the pier and other spots. Bifold doors open onto the balcony which is a great place to sit and watch the world go by. Road is busy but once doors shut the flat is quiet...especially the bedroom. Slept very well on the comfy bed. Would recommend highly.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Nic’s beautiful place! Check-in was easy, the booklet provided had very concise, easy to follow instructions on how to operate the various things throughout. The property was beautifully decorated and close to the sea, providing stunning scenery, sounds and smells. Thank you Nic for hosting us and we look forward to returning in the future!

What a perfect getaway spot. We wished we had booked a longer stay! Alison has thought of everything to create a welcoming, stylish and comfortable experience inside and out! Highlights were strolling to the pretty pond area, private fire-pit area, blissfully comfy beds, views of fields and beautiful gardens. Added bonus was the on-site blacksmith’s traditional forge run by Alison’s son and husband!! Highly recommended. Thank you Alison!

We absolutely loved our stay here over a long weekend! The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable, with beautiful views to wake up to. Diana was a wonderful host - warm, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. No request was too big or too small, and she welcomed us like we were part of her family. Tom was very helpful from the beginning until the end of our stay. As we met him during check in, he was very nice as well. The place looked really amazing-style, location, space. We really appreacite the free breakfast (cereals, pastries, milk) and the proseco. Bed was comfortable and the place has everything you need during your stay. We felt at home and will surely stay again next time if we ever find ourselves in Canterbury. ⭐️

Kimberley's place is an unexpected delight. As soon as you walk in the apartment door you are hit with the 'WOW!' factor - it is truly stunning and the attention to detail is next to none. She has created a tranquil haven of bohemiam beauty, with everything you could possibly need for a stay by the sea. The location itself was perfect - within easy walking distance of everything in Hastings and St Leonard's, and with a gorgeous view of the ever-changing seascape. Kimberley was the most thoughtful and responsive host and had considered absolutely every tiny detail for guests. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay somewhere special with buckets of character! Thank you Kimberley 😌

A great weekend away. The flat was exactly as described and had everything we could possibly need - including lots of little extras. Having air-con in both the living area and bedroom was perfect. Communication was excellent.
