Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Folkestone & Hythe District

The apartment was well located just outside the old town walls, and right near the cute square. Also near a carrefour which was convenient. The kitchen had coffee and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. We really enjoyed our time in the area! The host helped us immediately with an issue too!

Sam is very friendly, the accommodation is well located , we were able to do restaurants nearby with Sam's recommendation. Clean and very functional accommodation, there are games and amenities for children. You can park a few minutes away for free.

Peters 1 bedroom place is wonderful! It is right on West Parade in Bexhill, and directly across the street from the beach and English Channel. The apartment has a wonderful seafront view from both the front living room and the lovely outdoor covered balcony. The furnishings and artwork is very nice. The bed was comfortable. The light hard wood floors with tall windows really enhance the feeling of the house. The bathroom is remodeled and the shower is large, with plenty of natural light. The kitchen and breakfast bar are fully stocked with dishes and plenty of cooking pots and pans. It has Full size refrigerator and dishwasher. We love this place and will stay here often in the future. It is a real gem.

Great property, perfect for our short stay in Maidstone

We were super happy with Sophie. We and the dogs felt very comfortable and enjoyed the days very much. Sophie gave us good tips, arranged a very good vet, 🍓 gave us the best strawberries and we had great conversations. You can come down here. Thanks for everything

Room was clean and cost. We had a bit of trouble finding the place at first but the hosts were super helpful and patient.

Perfect location to explore Seabrook, Sandgate and Folkestone. Really lovely house, clean and airy with great views of the sea. Quiet road, and walkable to Seabrook restaurants and beach. Hours walk to Folkestone along the promenade or 15 minutes in the car.

lovely house, light and spacious, the 3 bedrooms were great sizes. Felt very homely and nice garden. would higly recommend in a heart beat.

Lisa’s house was just as shown in the photos. It was really spacious and comfortable and very well equipped. The patio overlooking the large garden was a peaceful place to eat or just relax. We really enjoyed our stay.

The perfect AirBnB. It’s a home first, loads of space, well thought out mix of rooms and bed arrangements.. plenty of table space to eat, a good size lounge and fab outside with brick BBQ…. It’s not hotel- perfect and doesn’t need to be, because it’s well stocked with little extras, games for everyone, LEGO for the kids, beach stuff and parasols, sauces and spices and breakfast things in, even a bottle of Prosecco. Lisa’s comms were great, even down to requesting parking permits.. there were only 4 of us staying, but would have been fine for more… You can park outside, it’s a 7 min walk from the station, 15mins to the posh bit with bars and restaurants, and if feeling adventurous, you can walk the 25km Seven Sisters, taking in Beachy Head. Eastbourne itself has a great buzz about it, definitely up and coming and with a great food/pub/bar scene..

Lovely gardens and grounds. Accommodation just what we needed for the weekend attending my nephews wedding. Wish we had noted that one of the bedrooms on the very top floor (accessed by very steep stairs with no handrail) led off the other. There is a VERY small shower room on this level too. Just as well I was travelling with my son and daughter in law! My sister and her husband confined themselves to the lower floor, accessed by a slightly less steep set of stairs, but with a handrail. Both shower rooms and living room are on this floor. Very large, comfortable living room, lots of room for everyone to enjoy time together. The kitchen and dining room on the ground floor were very well equipped, we found everything we needed, but felt that, should the need arise, help was at hand.

Lovely home, hot tub was great - location was good for what we needed (we did a yoga retreat day nearby and it was walking distance) very clean, parked on road round the corner for free. Geo’s coffee across the road was nice too.

Very nice apartment in the middle of Wimereux. 4th floor with small roof terrace and sea views. Private parking and lockable space for the bicycles. Very friendly personal contact.

Second time we’ve stayed here due to being in prime location and the Airbnb being to a high standard of cleanliness. Anmol was once again a very helpful host and even more so as we booked it with such short notice.

Thanks to Ola and family for hosting, the annex at the side of the house was great, really modern with everything you need, kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room area, and all situated in a beautiful area in the countryside, about 20mins drive from Tunbridge. Highly Recommend.

If you’re looking for somewhere central this is a great choice! Very central. Shop opposite and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Excellent place to stay.

It was a great trip.
