Alexandra Cottage is a secret hideaway in the heart of the ancient market town of Penryn, offering a luxury retreat in one of Cornwall's most beautiful and bustling coastal areas. The stone-built, slate-roofed cottage has a king-sized bed, an ensuite shower room, and a sumptuously stylish open-plan sitting room/kitchen with a woodburner for cosy nights in after bracing walks on the coastal path. A sunny terrace provides the perfect spot for alfresco dinning with a gas BBQ and wood fired pizza oven. Only 5 minutes drive is the harbour town of Falmouth, with its independent shops and art galleries, beaches and the world-famous National Maritime Museum. It's also within easy reach of the Helford River and its glorious sailing waters, hidden coves and fabulous walking routes. The cottage is tucked in the corner of a large walled garden, across the lawn from a beautiful double-fronted stone house. Alexandra Cottage has its own parking and separate entrance.

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

It is a 2 minute climb up the stone steps, through the iconic Barracks Ope and out onto the Old High Street (or 4 minutes if you want to avoid the steps!). From here you can experience Falmouth’s best independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, stations and some of the university campus buildings. The flat occupies the top 2 floors of a 19th century terraced house. And it has its own parking space.
