Nous avons séjourné chez Alba, dans un cadre idyllique, avec un paysage à couper le souffle et dans un calme religieux. Alba s’est montrée très accueillante, à l’écoute, nous a donné toutes les informations qui nous ont permis de passer un excellent séjour. L’appartement est parfaitement agencé et dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Le mobilier ainsi que la batterie de cuisine et d’excellente manufacture. L’appartement se situe à 15 minutes de la gare en voiture, et nous avons pu nous rendre à Florence en 40 minutes. Nous conseillons vivement la certaldina, car si vous avez besoin de repos, de tranquillité et de calme, vous vous sentirez chez vous. Une piscine est à disposition, Alba, vous attribue deux transats ainsi qu’une petite table à votre arrivée à fin de pouvoir profiter pendant toute la durée de votre séjour. Nous conseillons vivement cet appartement, et nous serons très heureux d’y retourner.

Francesca was vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Ze ging met ons naar het ziekenhuis en de apotheek toen dat nodig was.

Notre hôte était vraiment chaleureuse. et à l'écoute. Nous avons eu l'occasion de goûter à leurs produits. Elle nous a donné de bonnes recommandations. Elle a été très réceptive suite à notre arrivée tardive dùe à notre vol retardé. Nous recommandons fortement cette belle maison et y reviendrons assurément. Merci pour votre accueil ❤️

Un super séjour moto gp , juste le chemin pas très pratique en moto mais on s’y est vite habitué . Luca est super accueillant, un travailleur qui s’occupe super bien de son grand domaine . C’est très propre . On a tous apprécié le coin ainsi que la tranquillité . Merci encore beaucoup Luca à toi et ta petite famille . Ciao 👍😉

Très bon séjour! Michaela a été une hôte disponible et a répondu rapidement à nos demandes. Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter les sites principaux de Toscane. Piscine très agréable et bel emplacement pour profiter du coucher de soleil, non loin de l'appartement. Celui-ci est bien ensoleillé le matin et la terrasse bien agréable pour prendre les repas.

We made the decision to stay in Empoli rather than Florence and we couldnt have been happier. Empoli was so peaceful and less "people-y" than Florence, and so much more affordable. There is also lots to see and do, especially on a rainy day. It is also 5€ for a train ticket into Florence and a trip down to Siena is also accessible right from the Empoli train station. Our host, Maddalena, was so responsive and an excellent host, and her apartment is very homey with enough room to spread out - especially with the outdoor terrace! She met us at the apartment and was so friendly and welcoming and made sure we were set for our stay and that we were well taken care of throughout our stay with her recommendations. Our home away from home!

Elena's place has the best views of the Tuscana countryside. It is a short drive to the key Chianti sites. The place is comfortable and well appointed. We had a great stay.

Alessandro is a fantastic host. The apartment is exactly as described and was perfect for a week long stay with four adults. The restaurant downstairs, the convenient bus stop, the convenient parking, all made this such a unique and perfect place to enjoy the region. This is simply the perfect balance of what our adult family of four was looking for. We are already trying to make plans to return and we would change our dates to make sure we can stay here again.

Foarte frumoasă locatia si peisajul, gazda deosebit de receptiva si prietenoasa, mi-a facut o deosebită placere sa-i cunosc si sa ma bucur de priveliștea mirifică, recomand tuturor.

Beautiful apartment in the countryside. Spacious and clean. The access by car was a little difficult but definitely recommended.

Verblijven bij Carmine is top. Wij zijn een maand (half april / half mei) bij Carmine en Alessandra in Certaldo geweest en dat kunnen we iedereen aanraden. Niet alleen de ontvangst ( in ons geval heel laat) was ontzettend hartelijk maar gedurende ons hele verblijf hebben we ons heel comfortabel gevoeld, deze host staat altijd open voor vragen, is pro actief met geven van informatie, tips over van alles zoals waar het leuk / lekker/ mooi is om te bezoeken. Daarnaast is het huis hartstikke fijn, het ligt geweldig in het Toscaanse heuvelland, tussen de wijn en olijf boeren, fijne bedden (vinden wij altijd belangrijk vooral als je er langer verblijft) en echt goede wifi wat voor ons belangrijk was om zo ook van hieruit te kunnen werken. De locatie is perfect. Je zit dichtbij Florence, Siena, Pisa, en vele bijzondere andere dorp/stadjes die het bezoeken meer dan waard zijn. De maand was te snel voorbij! Als we nog eens Toscane bezoeken zeker weten bij Carmine en Alessandra!

Cudowne miejsce, wszystko co potrzeba na miejscu. Widok z balkonu najlepszy na świecie. Byliśmy już w Toskanii, ale do tego miejsca wrócimy z wielką chęcią.

We found Peggy’s place to be the perfect spot for exploring Tuscany. The instructions made it for easy to find & only a few short minutes drive from Panzano where we had lunch at Dario’s (a must in our opinion). Also highly recommend Montese Cooking Experience in San Gimignano.

A beautiful place to stay, very clean and Violetta is a gracious host. She provided excellent information about the local area. My mother was raised in Firenze, so we came many times to visit the family. I picked her place because it was close to where my last Italian family lives. And it's far enough from the touristy Firenze to me beautiful and quiet. Violetta even helped me find info on my cousin. What a beautiful stay! Come and enjoy this beautiful Tuscan hillside area!

Gioia’s little piece of Tuscan paradise exceeded all expectations. The apartment was lovely, the scenery gorgeous and the pool perfect for lounging amongst the lavender and olive trees, not to mention hanging out with Wolfy. Do not miss an opportunity to take the pasta making class with Graziella as she helped us craft one of the best Italian meals we’ve had! This was one of the highlights of our weeks in Europe and we can’t wait to return.

두번째 방문인 피렌체는 저에게 또다른 예술적, 문화적 영감을 주었습니다. 다양한 매력을 가진 이 도시에서 편안하게 머물 수 있는 깔끔한 숙소는 정말 좋았습니다. 훌륭한 이 숙소는 피렌체 두오모까지 40분 정도로 천천히 걸어서 주변 경치를 구경하며 갈 수도 있고, 버스나 택시를 타고 쉽게 갈 수 있는 위치에 있습니다. 숙소 내부는 편의시설이 잘 갖추어져 있어서 전혀 부족한 부분이 없습니다. 호스트는 유창한 영어로 설명해주었기 때문에 이해하기 쉬웠습니다. 피렌체를 방문하는 분들에게 적극 추천하는 숙소입니다. 실비아, 친절한 안내에 감사합니다. 또 만날 수 있기를 바랍니다. .

If i could give it 10 stars i would! Our stay in Florence was truly unforgettable, and this incredible property was a huge part of that. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed—the space is elegant, luxurious, and so thoughtfully designed. Every detail was perfect, from the comfortable beds to the stylish decor and serene atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home, only better! The location couldn’t be more ideal—tucked into a beautiful, walkable area that made exploring Florence an absolute dream. And Christina, Erika, and Don were beyond gracious. Warm, friendly, and genuinely caring, they made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I honestly don’t have enough good things to say. This was hands-down one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung war perfekt und schön und ruhig gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tökéletes szálláshely, minden a leírásnak megfelelt. Szinte új minden berendezés, makulátlanul tiszta volt minden. Szép, jól felszerelt, igényes ház. A házigazda segítőkész és kedves volt.

Sara est très gentille et toujours disponible pour ses hôtes. L’appartement était d’une propreté remarquable et très bien équipé. Nous avons reçu beaucoup de conseils et avons eu des réponses claires à nos interrogations lors de l’organisation de notre séjour. Des prospectus et numéros utiles sont également à disposition des voyageurs dans l’appartement. Seul petit bémol, la literie est un peu trop ferme à notre goût mais c’est totalement subjectif et cela n’a changé en rien notre expérience chez Sara puisque tout était parfait. Un grand merci Sara, nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous sommes à nouveau de passage sur Florence!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort und es war wie auch schon beim ersten Mal einfach nur perfekt. Diegos Anwesen ist wunderschön mit Blick auf San Gimignano, es ist ruhig und sehr idyllisch sodass man richtig gut abschalten kann. Das Apartment war super, ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden uns freuen nächstes Jahr ein drittes Mal zu kommen. Danke an Giorgia für die gute Kommunikation und den flexiblen Check-In.

Casasafer is a modern AirBnB with all that you need for a memorable stay in Florence. Step out the door, walk for a few mins in any direction, and you'll likely find yourselves in one of Florence's many wonderful must-see places. The duplex apartment we stayed in was very pleasant, opening into a cozy dining room with an adequate kitchen on the side, an open air sit-out for sunny days, and a mezzanine loft with a comfortable large double bed that fit two adults and two lite kids. There was also a sofa-bed in the dining room we could've used. The common basement area is also another zone that one can spend time in, especially if you are a frazzled parent who needs to maybe read a book far from the madding kids. Overall, the sort of place you can always safely recommend. Our special thanks also to Claudia, whose care for the little details like a bit of a snack and a good bottle of local wine to welcome us, and helpful tips for places to visit, food to try, gave our trip a local touch.
