The apartment is located in the heart of Chianti, just 2 km from the center of San Casciano VP, 17km from Florence and 50km from Siena. It is self catering (36 square meters) and has a separate entrance, bedroom, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen. It overlooks a panoramic terrace where a BBQ is available. It is located inside a local farm , still familiar managment ,that produces wine and olive oil. During your stay you can visit the cellars and taste the products.

This beautiful apartment is in a historical Villa (1600) in a quiet residential complex situated in Scandicci on the hills around Florence. It was totally renovated in 2018. The apartment is made up of entrance, living room with TV and sofa which converts to double bed, bed room with double bed on mezzanine level, bathroom with shower and kitchen equipped with hob and utensils. There is air conditioning (from June - September) and wifi. Private parking in front of the Villa.

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
