Gem with 2 large balconies

Gemütliche 3-Zi-Wohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht in die Berge. Perfekt geeignet für 2 - 4 Personen, bei 5 Personen ist es eng aber machbar. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man bei der Bushaltestelle, auf dem Spielplatz, im Hallenbad/Wellness oder einem der Restaurants. Die Wohnung hat einen hellen Wohn-/Essbereich mit offener Küche, 2 grosse Balkone, 2 separate Schlafzimmer und eine Nasszelle (Bad-/Dusche mit WC, Lavabo). Zudem gibt es ein Cheminée. Nichtraucherwohnung, keine Haustiere erlaubt.

In 2004 I got the chance to design my own family's week-end house in the village Pigniu. This fabulous place at 1300 meters above sea in the Surselva Region of Graubünden province, above the Town Ilanz, was well-known to me, for my parents owned an old farmhouse until the 1980ies here. The Spiral shaped chalet has the form of a band, changing from concrete in the base to wooden shingles upwards. The house is designed to connect us to the landscape we love. You will heat with chopped wood.

The Walensee/Sarganserland vacation region offers countless opportunities to be active, but also for rest and relaxation.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms including a workstation for home office (monitor with USB-C & HDMI connections and cable/keyboard/mouse), 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a separate shower, 1 guest toilet, and a cozily furnished living/dining room with 2 sofa beds, fireplace and an open kitchen.

The perfect place for a little break from everyday life. The 2-storey penthouse on 130m2 scores with a unique location. There is a restaurant right next to the residence. If you want to enjoy the sun, you can only go to the door and are right on the lake. Or maybe it draws you into the mountains, then off to the slopes, the gondola lift is easily accessible on foot in 300 meters. By the way, you can arrive by train without any problems and are at 250 meters from the penthouse.

We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to the 5 stars Alpine Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

The apartment was completely renovated with a lot of passion and newly furnished in the cozy alpine chic. It is located in the Quadra holiday residence right in the center of Flims. The bus stop is just 1 minute walk from the apartment. To the mountain railways and the various shopping facilities you need about 5 minutes on foot. From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of Flims and the surrounding mountain panorama. The ideal place to relax!

Very nice large two bedroom apartment. Lovely location for skiing in winter or swimming in the lake in summer. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The apartment has beautiful views of the lake, harbor and mountains. All in all, a unique place in the park and in Switzerland! Linen and towels are included! Cot and chair are provided. I rent out my own apartment myself and am not affiliated with anything.
