Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Unser Ferienhaus "Althus" steht im Safiental im Weiler Gün und ist ein typisches Walsehaus auf 1600m.ü.M. Es wurde 1701 erbaut und 1995 mit dem Denkmalschutz sanft, praktisch und einfach umgebaut. Hier kannst du dich wunderbar inmitten der Natur erholen. The unique, south-facing 4.5-room vacation home is located on an alpine pasture, 820 m above sea level, not far from the villages of Sagogn, Flims and Laax. Due to its unique and secluded location, you can enjoy absolute peace, relaxation and pure nature here. In the early morning hours you can watch chamois, deer and other wild animals from the property. Directly below the house (about 200 m), the Rhine flows through the imposing Rhine Gorge. The golf course is also not far.
