House vacation rentals in Fistral Beach

The property matched the description provided, though the photographs give the impression of a larger space. Nevertheless, it perfectly met our requirements. Chris was exceptionally responsive to our inquiries, addressing various questions we had. The area was clean and filled with ample natural light. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding land for play, as well as the small game room stocked with toys, which was a welcome respite during a particularly rainy and windy day. The on-site washing machine was available for free use, and the washing line proved to be quite useful. Although the outdoor pool was not heated, it did not deter my children from taking a dip and having fun. I would certainly consider staying at this property again.

The consistency of reviews led me to book and just says it all. 3 generations, all very happy....we usually eat out a fair bit but enjoyed the space so much we barely did. The feeling is of a huge, comfortable house with an immediately homely and easy air. The kitchen is as at home...every utensil..even a baking cupboard..not treading on eggshells in a cold corporate space, but sharing a family home which has clearly been a haven for generations. Thank you to Joy for her lovely proactive tips...we slept soooo well....and made the most of every moment...the sign of a week well spent in the most comfortable of places.

We stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. A beautiful property in a very quiet and relaxing setting. Hosts provided all of the information we needed. We will certainly return for another visit in future!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Caroline’s place! We loved the freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam on arrival. Check in was super easy as the key was just left in the door. Our little boy Myles loved watching the alpacas too! Overall very pleasant and refreshing stay I would recommend!

The house was a lovely, quiet, comfortable, place for my whole family to stay for a long weekend. Well situated and equipped for all of us and contributed to a very pleasant trip.

This was our family’s second stay at what is our favourite spot at Retallack. The lodge, being right on the water, feels peaceful and secluded, but is only a few minutes’ walk to the pool, restaurant and other amenities. Mel is a great host, always replying quickly, and the lodge has everything we needed for our stay. We’d definitely come back again.

Personally, I loved the pool and our dog loved the gardens. Nicola and the family were great hosts, just the right amount of 'chit chat'. We really enjoyed our stay and found lots to do in the area. Nicola's information pack was brilliant and helpful. The cottage was well equipped and just right for our needs. Beautiful inside and easy to keep clean with the dog. I don't think the photos do it justice. The gardens were vast as were the surrounding walks. A great stay; very comfortable and relaxed :)

We really loved our stay, the place was brilliant and in a perfect location. Christine responded very quickly to the minor questions we had & even dropped round the linen for the boys single beds.

Lovely appartment with ok comfortable beds. Very spacious and a nice fireplace. Fast response when we had questions. Abit noisy during Saturday night from some nearby clubs/houses. Very close to the citycenter and the beach which was ideal when we wanted to surf or take a coffee. In all I can recommend staying here!

This property was amazing, exactly as described, very well equipped, spotless and beautiful inside. Very spacious, with 6 adults and a dog and great having the living space upstairs with lovely balcony to watch the sun go down. The bedrooms were a great size, beds huge and super comfy and great having 2 showers and 4 toilets. Couldn’t fault it. Location great, only 10 min walk into centre. We had a lovely week and would definately recommend this property.

We recently returned from an amazing three-night stay at this stunning home and cannot express enough how impressed we were. The décor is beautiful, with every detail in the home reflecting a high standard of quality. As a group of six, the house was perfect for us with it’s fabulous mix of comfortable/relaxing social spaces and split level bedrooms. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful living area with its gorgeous sea views and enjoyed leisurely breakfasts in the lovely dining/kitchen space. The house is incredibly well-equipped, offering everything we could need and more. Although we couldn't explore some of the recommended local restaurants due to being in the local area for a music festival, we wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area in search of a luxurious stay. Communication with Iveta before, during, and after our trip was excellent, providing all the necessary instructions that we needed. Overall, we had an amazing time in this beautiful home!

We absolutely loved the apartment and had an amazing 5 days celebrating my father-in-laws 80th. There were 9 of us but there was more than enough room for us even when we had to hunker down with a movie on a wet day. We will definitely be back!

Very peaceful place close to town and the beach. Easy to manage with two little ones. Beach equipment available and lots of local tips!

A gorgeous house within walking distance of Hayle beach. The house was brilliantly appointed and was very comfortable. Gorgeous views over the estuary enhanced our stay. Annie was a great host - very responsive and informative.

What a gem! The upper beach house is a fantastic find with the most wonderful scenic view to look out to. The house is spacious, homely and full of all the amenities to feel home from home. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view of the beach. With just a one minute walk to the beach and costal path, the location was perfect. Gareth was a great host, responsive and clear instructions. A brilliant stay!!

The most beautiful getaway. The views over the meadow to the sea and St Michael’s Mount are incredible any time of the day and we loved spending time on the terrace. Perfect location for walking, sea swims and east to get into town and explore the Cornish coast. The decor is also amazing with so much attention to detail. Will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Nick and Laura’s property. It really does have the wow factor with impressive features and beautifully finished. Our children loved their high bed and being able to feed the chickens and collect their eggs! We loved the location of the property too, a rural location very close to Newquay/ watergate bay or our favourite beach which was Mawgan Porth. Nick and Laura are the perfect hosts, thank you! We would love to come back again :)

My family of 5 adults have just had the most amazing week at No.10. Sam’s home was immaculate,super clean, spacious(more than big enough for us all to have our own space aswell as large areas(fab kitchen ,dining area,lounge area and decking area ) for us all to be together. The views were lovely,the garden was well kept the decking varanda area was just gorgeous to enjoy the Cornish sunshine too! Sam was super helpful with any questions we had and shared recommendations of places to eat at /go to in the area and was always quick with message responses . The little extra touches were so appreciated - the prosecco, cider and biscuits were very welcome on arrival .There was shower gel in the bathrooms, lovely fluffy towels , cleaning provisions in the kitchen it was all just a perfect stay ,we all loved it and hope to revisit in the future. Thankyou Sam 🙂

Really nice home with modern kitchen and spacious living room on the edge of the town with lovely views out the front. The host was really responsive to our requests. Good for a family and plenty of parking.

Had a lovely stay here, Sarah was very kind as to let us check in slightly earlier than advertised. The house was very homely, clean and is walking distance from town centre & most beaches. We will definitely be back!

Had a great stay and everything is so close to the cottage. Tucked away a little so no noise but a 20 second walk to Sainsbury’s, 5mins to a beach and less than a minute to the town. Will definitely be staying on our next visit 🤩
